Excellent rooms in great location with sea views

The gradient walking back to boomerang village, especially after a few beers.

Nice views from the hill side overlooking Kata, location wise very good, easy walking distance to beach etc. A lot of character to the place, still a little bit of renovation to finish off, talking to the owner was empty for 5years, once all completed will be great place to stay.

The location has its downsides - it's far from the beach and it also has a steep 200 meter section at the entrance that doesn't look like much at first until you realize you need to descend / ascend it daily several times depending on your activities.

The location of this resort is both a PRO and CON. It's nice that it is a bit further away from the main street that causes most of the noise in the area. Also it is quite close to a forest track that leads to the Big Budha statue up on the big hill - about 1 hour to walk, but the heat/humidity is extreme while the track itself is not difficult to walk. The pool was nice to relax in the evening and you can admire the jungle sitting right behind the resort or you can look towards the sea. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they were nice and we had a huge comfy room. So overall it was a nice experience.

Would have liked breakfast on site. Although there is no restaurant we went down the road and had breakfast daily, it was only approx. 300 mts from the Hotel although it included a hill it kept us fit walking back

There is no food offered in the place, so you should consider eating in the town. The place is located on a hill, so you should consider renting a scooter to move to-from it if you don't want to sweat it every time you need to buy something or go somewhere.

This place is like paradise, the villas are located in a beautiful garden in a very peaceful area right next to the forest. The rooms and even bathroom were amazingly decorated and everything looked brand new. The swimming pool was great - large and clean. I prefer beaches, not pools, but during our 3 days stay we never moved from the pool to the beach, the complex was this amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels for pool and bathroom and small bottles of water delivered. The staff were lovely, smiling and helpful people.

The owner and staff are super friendly and do everything to accommodate your needs and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Location feels very private and is quiet. We hope to come back some day :)

A little run down and could do with a deep clean in the bathroom. Very steep hill at entrance, wouldn’t be suitable for older or unfit people.

Beautiful and peaceful location, very friendly staff and nice pool area. Clean towels and fresh water daily and room tidied each day. Good value for money overall.

Peace is not rhyming with a resort with a commanding view of the main traffic road of Kata. Unmuffled engines have an easy victory against any tropical sound you may dream of when booking a holiday in Thailand. Overnight truces could only be an obtained by allowing the airco compressor buzz. The bungalow was lofty, although in a slight rundown state. Several lighting bulbs were not working. The bathroom shower was a disturbing glitch in the averagely good standards of the bungalow. No breakfast available and there is nothing walking distance. A mopad is a must.

The staff is extremely helpful and reaching beyond the extra mile to book trips and accommodate guests requests. The bungalow was a generous 34 sqm. with sunset view.

My room smelled a bit of dampness and mildew. Other than that the room was large and very clean. Hotel restaurant and pool bar was not functioning. Not a big deal for me since I was only there for two nights but I would have been disappointed if I were staying longer.

Decent location. You do have a large hill to hike up/down to get to the beach but it isn’t an issue if you are of walking health. Pool area is nice.
