Unfortunately building work but that is no fault of the hotel/management it’s just one of those things and in all honesty it did not ruin my stay

The pool on the roof is lovely and relaxing. The kitchen area is always tidy and maintained. Rooms were big and bed was comfortable.

Construction sight on the neighbouring property

Nice location, in a quiet back street. On the other side of the rama 4 road, there are a bunch of food places, a gas station, 7 eleven and a pharmacy. The receptionist with the slick hair was a good lad.

For a short stay it is ideal for what you might need and for the price, cannot complain much.

Nice for some days in bkk. A little difficult location, but close enough to all the action(5-15 min by moto taxi) Room was big, king size very comfy bed, a little bit old fashion but very clean and everything working properly(A/C, hot water). BONUS It has a fast elevator and in 6th floor is the terrace with swimming pool and kitchen.

Hotel is a bit dated now, no fridge in room, no breakfast option and no restaurant on site. Building works in progress nearby. A lot of cannabis smell drifting into the balcony from other rooms.

The location of the property is not good and there were ants in our washroom and the water also clogged in washroom. Lights in the room are not sufficient.

Pretty much everything was good, the shower pressure and heat was a bit too less for my liking but that's just me, a small mini fridge would help and a lock-safe maybe(For the paranoid ones). Wish there was like social nights to make friends too.

The place was pretty amazing, the staff and the swimming pool were all good. There is an amazing kitchen on the last floor and a pool with amazing views, there are few 7-11's around and a Gas station with a lot of eateries, there is also a local food street a little bit ahead where you can get local food. There's also KFC in the gas station, everything is quite near although I was using grab. The rooms are huge, you can literally do an entire workout, with sprints here. There is a balcony to dry your clothes. The view for one side of the rooms is basically a building under construction, so I'd recommend taking a walk to the terrace to walk around in the morning.

- as of March 2024 there is a construction going on next to the hotel. The works start at 9am every day except Sundays which are really loud so you wouldn’t be able to sleep - no fridge in the room - a bit slow wifi - outdated furniture - no soap provided - towels have stains

- alright location, close to the city centre by car/bike, close to Ekkamai bus station, 35-40 min ride to Suvarnabhumi airport - near 7/11 - nice pool - very nice kitchen area! - spacious rooms - helpful staff, changed me the room so I could hear less noise from the construction - smaller but still a coworking room - shower gel, shampoo, disposable tooth brush and paste provided

'City view' from the french balcony was the wall of the next building under construction. Was made up by the rooftop terrace though.

Everything as described and looked the same as in pictures. Nice and clean room, really good value for money. Excellend and heplful staff. Communal kitchen next to the pool on the roof.

More sun loungers needed by the pool. Its nice to have a shared fridge on the 6th floor but would be helpful to have one in the room with some mugs for drinks etc.

Hotel is in a quieter part of bangkok so not somewhere if you're looking for the main tourist sites but it was perfect for us. The rooftop pool was lovely to use. Room was clean and comfortable with great aircon. The staff were super helpful, especially when our Grab cancelled on us last minute making us late when we really needed to get to the airport, really appreciated the staff's help.
