Aircon above the TV was very dusty. Location was centred in quite an impoverished area but didn't make me too uncomfortable as. The locals are very friendly, helpful and polite.

The suite I stayed was overwhelming large and exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury, comfort, service, food and professionalism.

Our stay was too short

I loved everything 😃 The scenery, the atmosphere, the rooftop bar, the rooms are well equipped, different range of drinks and snacks , different soaps, body lotion, a nice Terrace with a sitting area. The staff are very polite, friendly, sweet and helpful. I will definitely come back.

The shower was clogged

The design is great, each room is unique. The location is pretty good, close to the city parks and metro station. The shower has different options and that's cool. The staff was friendly. I would stay again.

Nothing! Couldn’t fault it. Could be a little far out of the city centre/hub if you want to be nearer to nightlife etc but only if you don’t drive. I didn’t mind, wasn’t too far to go in a taxi or by train :)

Such a fun, vibrant and happy place! I LOVED the building, all of the whacky art and cool decor. I absolutely adored how colourful it was, it made me happy as soon as I set foot in the lobby and then the rooms are even more incredible! Such a stunning place, the staff went above and beyond to help and make us happy, very kind people. The food was great too in the lobby cafe and the bed was super comfortable!

Awesome hotel with the loveliest staff in a slightly random part of Bangkok but still easily accessible to all the main parts. We used Grab mostly. The hotel itself has great design, the rooms are large and comfy and the rooftop bar was great, albeit not that busy when we were there. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Bangkok

Some noise from road/other rooms and not walkable area but transport is easily managed.

Free tuk tuk ride to the the mrt station, staff is super helpful. Free ice cream on arrival. Great decor, comfy room.

Our room was facing the road, so there was a lot of noise coming from outside. I still slept through it but this is a heads up to those who are sensitive to noise. Other than that, the place is great and even if it is quite far from the nearest BTS station, there is a Big C and some shopping centers nearby with lots of restos to choose from.

Honestly, I super loved the aesthetic of the room and all the freebies that the booking came with. We got free ice cream and a welcome drink. In the room, they provide rubber slippers which I feel is a nice touch. There was also a stocked mini bar that was helpful especially if you get hungry for a late night snack.

The only bad experience of our stay was the security officer at car park. They asked unnecessary personal questions, maybe just to check if we are hotel guests, which is totally non-sense, and really made us feel offended. Improvement on this will make us come back again definitely.

We love almost everything about the hotel, lovely warm welcome staffs, design & decoration, and facilities. We also really love the tasty breakfast choices and very comfy bed.

Graffiti everywhere is fine but it probably didn’t need to be of boobs and penis’ with rude comments when it’s in the lobby where kids are playing. It either needs to be an adult only hotel or it needs toning down a bit if you’re welcoming families.

The staff are exceptional, super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious and the overall design is a must see.

Not the best location, far away from BTS/MRT. Issues with breakfast; if I pay for a two person room I should be able to receive breakfast amount for two persons, now it was restricted to one dish as I was alone in the room.

i went for business so didnt have too much time to enjoy the hotel. swimming pool is in another building so I skipped it due to lack of time.

stayed a total of 4 nights. enjoyed a lot the breakfast and the great service at the hotel. Breakfast is not cheap but quality is great (coffee is local and it’s delicious. I also loved the artsy vibe of the hotel!
