Extremely clean (though we had some ants on floor, but they were tiny, and it wasn't critical), very nice location, superb terrace. We would really love to return to Mr. Da Bungalows!

We booked the bungalows because of the views from the balcony in the photos but we got the lowest balcony closest to reception (no views at all). The room itself was nice but were a bit disappointed with our specific bungalow. We did only book for 1 night though

My group had 3 different rooms. All of them had ocean view. Great location, staff. Rooms were clean. Close to the beach. Easy to orginize laundry wasching.

It was an awkward climb to the room with dodgy knees. The road outside is narrow with very little room for pedestrians and the traffic is too fast.

The room was great, the bed was absolutely fabulous. We stayed another night just because of the bed 😅

I liked everything. Maybe that the water pressure from the shower wasn´t that good sometimes.

The room was clean and big. They would clean our room on daily basis and give us water bottles everyday. The location of the hotel is reasy to find and they have a restaurant downstairs, which we tried and had really good food. The staff was super nice and easy going and they were super helpful.

We had to walk up a very steep drive and then a few flights of stairs … which would be ok … but recovering from knee problems made it difficult

The only issue is the stairs to go the room. Good to request a room at ground level if you do not like stairs. Although someone did take my luggage to the rooms which was great.

The rooms were amazing, modern and absolutely clean. It was also huge and only a few minutes walk to the beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The restaurant at the bottom of the driveway was reasonable and the food was good. It is very good value for money. The lady at reception was so amazing and friendly and organised the taxi to go back to the airport.

I loved staying at Da Bungalows. The room was big, bright and super comfy. Everything was great, especially Mr Da and his family, who run the business. I stayed one week and I felt home from day 1. On the day of my departure my flght was cancelled and so I had to stay one extra night in Phuket. I booked another room at Da Bungalows straight away. The place is also perfectly located in Kata Beach and only a short walk from the sea, restaurants and convenience store. It had everything and it's excellent value for money I would definitely recommend it to my friends and I would go back.

Everything was perfect! Very comfortable bed in the room. They bring water and clean the room every day .The 2 beaches are right there- kata and kata noi. Nicest sweetest people work there. Beautiful room. Everything you need is there and walking distance .

Basic, but great hotel. The staff was super friendly and nice. We had the room with the balcony and it had a great view. Not the fanciest room, but large and has everything you need. The hill mentioned in the other reviews is steep, but short and manageable.

Great bungalows with exceptionally comfortable beds. Da is a really interesting guy to talk to and has great staff. The restaurant is also great. It’s a few mins walk to the nice quieter end of the beach

The bedroom was quite big and even if it is facing the main road we had no issue with the noise. The room was perfectly cleaned, and really cosy. Siri has been extremely kind on helping us with the safe and with all the arrangements for the last day to provide shower, towels after check-out!

We loved the room, a lot of space, good toilette with shampoo and shower gel ,courtesy kit , towel for the beach changed every day, laundry service, good price, perfect position: near the beach and near the night market; there is also the restaurant under the room and we had a wonderfull breakfast at very good price: pancake with chocolate/honey fresh fruit and hot beverage

I could recommend the owner to clean the airco unit.

Friendly and helpfull stuff. Clean. You get new beach towels every day. Price/performance is da best. Beach is at 3min walking distance.

Excellent location. Room was clean and spacious. Nice peivate balcony area with overlooking the street. Very quiet for the location. Very friendly staff.

The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived. Hair from previous tenants, and the shower not only had mildew all over it but dirty by the shampoo bottles and bottom of the toilet. The last night there was a huge lizard in the room running around, it seemed to come from the AC unit.

Location and spaciousness were the best part! Coolness of the room was also a plus.

Our room was located up a steep hill and had steps to get there. One staircase didn’t have a guardrail which was dangerous.

The property was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was near the beach, restaurants and shopping. It was nice that there was a laundry service on site.
