A bit hard madress, the AC is rumbling and loud at night so if you are a light sleeper you will have problems

Nice private pool, close to the beach, very good for couples. They offer boat tours and activities (but booking them on your own is almost half the price, so use it for ideas and then book on your own)

Everything was perfect.

We stayed 3 weeks in this hotel and we had a great time there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Yaya and Sol who fulfilled all our wishes and welcomed us always with a smile. Only downside is that, as with many places in Phuket, the shower could have better hot water.

On first glance, the hotel is gorgeous with modern fixings and design, beautiful marble flooring, and elegant appliances. The automatic bidet toilet is a luxurious touch. The breakfast is great, and the staff are all wonderful and very friendly. Additionally, the location is excellent, within walking distance to all the attractions in Kamala. The in-room pool is a phenomenal choice, offering a private and relaxing experience.

Not a damn thing.

Everything was excellent the restaurant was beautiful and breakfast was great. The room was amazing, big comfy beds, power showers, smart toilets. The apartment we stopped in was fully loaded and everything was thought of. Oh and it had a pool with jacuzzi built within the room, Wow!

All facilities, the pool, gym, restaurant, reception, apartment room were excellent as were the staff, especially Yaya who organized several tours for us and even a visit to the doctor (thank you), the only (minor) downside was the shower area, which needed a bit of tidying.

The pool in the room is dark which lacks light. The room was poorly lit, and even when the curtains were open during the day, the lights still needed to be on.

The location is perfect. The hotel is very close to Kamala Beach within walking distance. The parking lot is large enough. The room is large and the air conditioner is good.

Initial impression from outside not great. A big box on a very busy road. But inside room was great.

Needs better maintenance - shower didn’t drain, not hot water in another shower and air con did not work. They fixed it quickly and compensated us for moving into a single room for one night but the night staff made it a bit uncomfortable as they did not understand the idea of compensation or making the guests feel navies. Luckily the manager was able to sort the next morning.

Private pool had little to no sun time and was a bit cold and uninviting. The area itself was not to my liking, but it was a minute away from the beach.

Very clean, spacious and everything is almost brand new and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was something to look forward to, and that’s a lot in Phuket. Service was high quality and very caring.

The way the items are priced if you break them I found a little unnecessary. There is a 3000baht deposit when you get there which we were not aware of. This is returned on check out.

The hotel is a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The 2 bedroom with private pool is huge with a living room and 2 big bedrooms. There are plates and cups to use. The bed was very comfortable and there were 2 cupboards in the main bedroom. We had a sea view and were very happy with the hotel. The breakfast was varied and we enjoyed this. We had lunch one day before we left for the airport and it was truly delicious and reasonable priced.

Master bedroom AC stopped cooling and the technician quickly attended to it and it worked for a day. Next day we got the same issue again, and though they fixed it on priority basis, these repairs ate up our 2hrs time overall. They can add a few vegetarian options to the buffet spread. We've requested them for an early checkin many days before arrival. Ofcourse it's not guaranteed by hotel guys, we(5 member family) reached around 10:30am to hotel(due to our flight arrival time), finished paper work and requested if the room can be availed early. Since they said the guest is still in room(checkout time is before 12pm anyway) and we have to wait for them to checkout and there's cleaning time(2hrs) required too, so, we've left for early lunch at 11am. We came back around 1:30pm to find out lame excuse from the reception lady that the previous guest DID NOT checkout on-time and hence they need 2hrs more time and can give the room only by 3pm(as per standard checkin time). We dont have an issue with standard 3pm checkin time as it is per rule, but WHY did the staff allowed the previous guest to overstay beyond 12pm despite we finished paper work for that room by 10:30am?? Carelessness of the hotel staff made us wait unnecessarily. They let previous guest stay extra by an hr or 1.5hr despite current guest is waiting for room!

The stay is great with a private pool, 2 slick-clean bathrooms, kitchen cutlery, hob, chimney, few utensils for quick snack prep etc. It's very close to Kamala beach. The buffet breakfast spread is great, not amazing as they dont have many vegetarian options except for breads & milk/juice. They can add a few vegetarian options to their buffet spread. I've dialed them for xbox controller and they've set it up, the game was fun! They have motorized curtains which is a nice touch. They also have a sofa/comfy bed in hall where 5th person slept comfortably. Overall its a great stay if you want to stay with families a bit away from hustle areas. This is also 5 mins walk from carnival magic and Fantasea, which we walked around and explored. There is a 7-eleven store a km away. I walked(15-mins each way) and brought few groceries & milk for quick dinner prep every day,

You need to walk a bit to the beach alongside a highway, but it's a very short walk. The gym needs some upkeep, but other than that, it is highly recommended.

The hotel is amazing with very modern facilities in the room, including a Japanese toilet. The pool is great and the breakfast is very good. Staff is very helpful.
