Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The window shutters added to the nice decor to the room All the staff were friendly and welcoming and if I visit Bangkok again I will certainly stay here again. The motel is about a 15 min walk to Centralworld Shoppimg Centre with The Big C supermarket nearby. The hotel is also close to railway stations.

IndiaThe second room in the suite was smaller than expected. The space could've been better managed if the bed sizes had been reduced to create more moving room. The tea service in the room was sparsely equipped and could have more options for tea/coffee.
The location of the hotel was very central but quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel gym was well equipped and other amenities like the pool and spa were top class.

Convenient location next to the shopping centres and the landmark Erawan Shrine. Stayed in Grand Suite, the Room is specious and very clean overlooking the racecourse. It is a bonus to have a washing machine/dryer in the room where you can wash your cloth. We will not have any doubt to come back next time.

I liked the fact that the hotel is a 5-star hotel contending with some international brands located in the same neighborhood, and it did not disappoint. The location was close to Bumrungrad hospital which was our primary purpose of the visit, besides being in close proximity to great shopping malls like Siam Paragon, CentralWorld, and others along the same route.

This is a gorgeous hotel and immaculate. I loved the suite with a stunning view of the golf course and the city beyond. The suite is huge, and the best part was having a full kitchen with a washer and dryer. It's super convenient. An easy, safe walk to most of the shopping areas and the train station, the perfect position to shopping and sightseeing. I have been to Thailand 12 times, but this was my first time traveling solo, and this hotel more than exceeded my expectations. I felt safe at all times, even when walking to the hotel late at night. I would definitely return. Thank you, Grand Center Point Ratchadamri.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was huge and had a terrific view with free beverages and snacks. Although the hotel was fairly modern, it had an old fashioned Thai type feel to it which was nice.
