Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Modern and especially classy hotel, good atmosphere and very nice materials used in hotel and high quality finishes. Good atmospheric music. Very tasty breakfast, no complains. All the staff friendly and helpful, thank you! Room was amazing. Beautiful views to the city. Very high quality finishes again. Beds 5/5. Good gym and pool.

SwitzerlandMy stay was absolutely wonderful. I had initially booked for 2 nights and extended to 5 nights in total. The staff is really wonderful, always caring that you are having a good stay. Every day they advised me good Thai restaurants and even helped me with booking. The hotel itself is very comfortable, the room was very spacious, with lots of attention to details. The hotel is well located. The spa is also nice, as well as the gym. Highly recommend !

PolandThere was no information in advance about the deposit. I had to pay 3,000 THB at check in. Money were blocked by my bank and I was told on the reception that I have to wait 2-3 weeks (!) for releasing my money.
Amazing room with spacious, beautiful bathroom. Delicious breakfast with the variety of choice. We receiced some coins which have been exchanged by us to free massage and gifts from the local shop. Free minibar included. There is also a free bus to the point where you can have a boat trip.

LithuaniaThe hotel is really new and spacious. My room was great size and had everything I needed. Complimentary mini bar (non-alcoholic) was refilled everyday. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices which was nice so I didn't get bored of the food. Pool area was superb, nice and not too crowded with a wonderful view.

FranceWe had to pay half a night for Early Check In... at 9am... and for the price you don't get breakfast inclusive. They don't serve alcohol, no beer served at the pool. You can bring your own or order online to grocery delivery shops. Bar manager of the rooftop pool bar was a bit rude on our second stay, the one corresponding to our booking.com reservation was great but they changed staff later on and it was not a good idea. Far from BTS/MRT, but 5mn tuktuk ride to patpong night maket, silom road restaurants/malls and BTS/MRT. The road to go towards East/South can be very busy at peak hours, one must anticipate traffic or request the driver to make large turns to avoid the traffic jam. Premium room with high floor did not really have any nice view (we were facing south), so useless to pay more for the view.
Brand new hotel with nice decoration from lobby to rooms. Excellent breakfast with both Asian and Western dishes. Cantonese noodles/soup are really excellent. Rooftop pool is great with low chlorine and nice fruit juices/fries at the bar. Elevators are fast, staff is helpful, 7/11 50m from the lobby, tuktuk next to the hotel. Excellent in-room amenities (I stored most items in a cupboard for convenience on day 1, they refill everything the next day haha). We were so satisfied that we came back a week later. Walking distance to the piers to go to Asiatique, IconSiam or more up north.

GermanyOne thing that was disturbing was the AC in the room. The air was not fresh and humid, cold humid air not nice to breeze or sleep.
I loved how this place implemented the spirt of Bangkok into its design. Also the staff is really helpful, polite and kind. Breakfast good variety. Very good public at the hotel, nice intelligent cosmopolitan people of the world.
