Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was exceptional. the hotel is wonderful, had an intimate feel. you can use the restaurant and spa at the next door sister hotel with a discount. rooms were very comfortable. breakfast was lovely.

American SamoaThe staff is incredible. Five star service. Spacious, well appointed rooms, with many extras like, robes, slippers, sandals, umbrellas, a straw beach bag, Plus the softest bed sheets ever. The room had a lovely balcony, and a great shower with plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Housekeeping made sure our room was spotless our entire stay. Daily breakfast was included, and again,, the staff was so kind and attentive.They also provided free shuttle to other neighborhoods, but the hotel is walking distance to two amazing night markets and the beach. We enjoyed the lovely pool and chaise lounge chairs very much.The entire property is so clean and contemporary. I highly recommended this lovely hotel.

The hotel has a great beautiful river view, not far from the center. The room is big, so clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good and has lots of options.. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and gave the best services, specialty the staff name Miss Oat. We definitely are going back to stay there again

Their hospitality was the best. I stayed with my 1-year-old son and my wife on new year holidays. We spent really nice time there thanks to their support. I was moved when I saw they were cleaning up my dirty suit case at the lobby without my request. I booked junior sweet with sea view. I enjoyed new year count down on Dec 31st and saw new horizon on Jan 1st.

AustraliaLoligo is a wonderful boutique hotel/resort. the location is perfect… walking distance to both Tamarind and Cicada markets, plenty of small local restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and a quick Tuk Tuk ride to BluPort, Market Village and the Night Market. The rooms are spacious, well air conditioned, medium sized balcony, beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfasts are very good quality and a suitable selection. The pool is a great size and very clean. The Coral Spa is wonderful and the massage therapists are very skilled and effective. The Resort staff are exceptional. ….. from the front desk to the garden staff and all in between. Kind, caring and respectful staff who enjoy interaction and friendly banter with their guests. I couldn’t recommend Loligo highly enough.
