Had to request change of room as there is construction happening on one side of the property. The receptionist kindly offered a different room which was satisfactory. Breakfast was fairly ordinary but adequate.

Convenient to eateries and shops. Beautiful pool area and lobby has plenty of seating and a nice bar area.

Bed was very uncomfortable and breakfast had barely any other options than Thai food (but there are many eating options outside of the hotel)

Great location, close to 2 beaches and to many restaurants and markets with lots of food options. Hotel lobby and pool are nice, room is ok and clean.

Very friendly and clean hotel. Loved the pool and the pool bar. Location was decent with a10-15 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was good. As is the norm in Thailand the staff is absolutely incredible throughout the hotel. This hotel is super close to the night market which is a great place to eat.

I felt the hotel only catered for the Russian people. apart from the cleaning staff,the rest of them didn't give you the time of day.the breakfast wasn't nice.

The condition does not dry. All 7 days - 84% of humidity - it is not good.

Nice room for one. Glassy doors in the shower help to keep the floor near the toilet dry.

This time a couple of things changed: 1. The cleaning agent or chemical they use burns my nose. I probably have an over sensitive nose, but the smell is just too strong. 2. A new outside bar opened up next to the hotel that blasts the music with a screaming MC. I know may be out of control of Ibis but if you are looking for quiet and peaceful sleep it might be difficult. Lastly there are no desks in the room to do work. The lobby has plenty of space and work area but the mosquitoes are waiting to devour us. There should be some type of mosquitoes control in the lobby at least near the work area.

I’ve stayed here many times over last few years and always happy about clean comfortable rooms, location, friendly staff.

Wifi is quite bad and very unstable. The breakfast option is mostly the same for a couple of days (only 1-2 menus are changing daily, meanwhile other menus are the same, with the total menus provided being 10). The TV channel also needs to be upgraded and please provide more English-language channels.

as expected as the ibis-hotel chain is. room is big enough, super clean, smells good, and amenities are great. The staff are great, helpful, and smile a lot so I felt very welcomed. The location is right in the middle of Kata Road which is accessible everywhere (like the beach 3km -there is a free shuttle service also to the beach-, the market 1km, the restaurant/food stall 1km, the famous massage/spa in front of the hotel, and bus stop 1km). For breakfast, no same menu daily (some are changing daily), if they serve pad Thai please try it because it is so good, and try Chrysanthemum tea as well because it is super good. For all services of the ibis-hotel chain and compared to other hotels nearby, the price is good enough. the best part is the hotel is quiet enough so can get a very calm and enjoyable sleep during the night.

The breakfast was a bit limited really for the price. I had hoped for more bread, cheese & meat options.

A great location in Kata when you walk out of the hotel, you are central to shops & restaurants. The hotel has parking which was helpful as we had a hire car. The swimming pool is nice & the restaurant is reasonably priced.

Nothing. everything was excellent.

Excellent Property and great value for money. We are family of 4 (2 kids and parent). Their family rooms have a bunk bed which is an absolute delight. The room rates incl. breakfast are a bargain. Very pleasant staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with new dishes everyday. The location is fantastic. They offer free shuttle to the beach and shopping mall. We LOVED our week long stay away from all the noise of party life.
