Truly amazing. Rachanee is the most wonderful Host. Not like a typical hotel. Her personality is most welcoming. Comfortable. Great facilities. Close to everything without the headaches of other residents. I’m Definitely recommending and booking agin.

Amazing hotel. The staff are really kind and very very helpful, if you need to book trips to the island or do any activities they can arrange everything. I ended up extending my stay at this hotel as I liked it very much. The room is big, the bed is big and comfortable the shower has hot water. Kamala beach is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and there is also motorbike rental places around if you want to rent a motorbike the hotel also does your laundry if you need to clean your clothes. If I am in Phuket again will stay here again.

Our stay was overshadowed by two things: - we paid by cash and administrator asked for more money that was stated on booking - we stayed for 4 days and there was no cleaning (despite the “please make the room” sign + we asked for cleaning at the reception) It’s a great hotel but you need a little bit cautious staying here

Liked everything really, and I understand the need for energy conservation, but the air conditioning in the lobby was switched off even when I was waiting to check in- it was a minor issue.

Amazing location and a short, sweet walk to the beautiful Kamala Beach; plenty of cafes and eateries around. Very hospitable hosts. Lovely room with a huge bed, tea and water provided.

Top floor no lift

Large clean comfortable room with balcony, tea and coffee facilities, a few minutes from the beach one direction and a few minutes from the main drag the other way. Very good value especially for the location.

Location is 2 blocks from the sea and all the restaurants, shops, coffee shops and great street food restaurants! Fantastic beaches and more places to eat and drink. Motorbike rental is very close to the front door of the hotel!

No lift and super tiny stairs Super noise from the street if you want to have a chance to sleep, you have to use earplugs.

I did not like the area, but thats not the mistake of the property. It states well clear that its at Kamala. Kamala ist very boring and full of eldery people. The actual location in Kamala is really good.

Everything was OK. Its a large relatively new room. Its basic but it does its job. I was not expecting a 5star resort room. So all was as expected.

Very comfortable.. Kettle, tea and coffee etc. Our room was at the back and was quiet. Easy walk to beach, shops, cafes etc. Lots of help from lady running it - taxi from airport and another when we moved on. De ' cafe' just down the road for excellent breakfast. Our room on top floor (3rd) and no lift but knew already and gave us some exercise every day!

This was one of the nicest places we stayed at on our trip to Thailand. Not because of the room or the location, though those were also superb, but mostly because of how friendly and helpful the owner was! She truly made it a joy to stay there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach!

Comfy, big and clean rooms. Only 10 min walk to the beach. Quiet area. The owner was supe lovely and helpful. The 1st night we arrived there was an issue with the toilet, so she arranged a room for us with her neighbour hotel, that was as good as Sasimanta. Great value for money.

There is open shower, that is why the floor in the bathroom is always wet.

The location and staff are wonderful. Close to the beach, there are many restaurants, shops, massages around. The room is comfortable, with small dining table, including kettle and tea/coffee amenities.
