Great hotel with amazing staff! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is really good and the Pool is great. Couldnt ask for a better stay!

Swimming pool doesn’t seem very clean; air conditioner blows right at the bed on any mode (quite uncomfortable during the night)

Breakfast was basic and there was limited variety. items weren’t topped up frequently enough. Be great if there was an egg station where eggs could be cooked to order

We booked the larger suite room and it was spacious, clean and modern with a huge bathroom. We loved the balcony and outlook and the bed was firm but comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool and the staff were friendly, especially the lovely lady at Reception. It’s an easy walk to the beach and plenty of bar and eating options all within easy walking distance.

The hotel is well located and maintained, also the cleaning was spotless. The infinity pool made our evenings more enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of options if you are vegetarian or vegan you will not feel disappointed. The receptionists Sao and Lee helped us during all stay and Chay made us feel at home ! Counting the days to go back !!!

The main issue with this place is the 4 star rating. I've been to many 4star hotels in the world and this is just not it. I am not sure this place has "real" 4 stars or that it even has a proper "hotel" status. Because of the 4 star rating our initial expectations were pretty high ( especially ) coming from another 4star resort in Krabi. The reality is - this is a kind of a 3star "aparthotel" and if you can accept that and the price per night fits you - you are going to have much nicer time in this place.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is okay - 5-6min walk from the beach, even though there are better locations further away from the main road. The room was clean but it is worth mentioning that we noticed a couple of cockroaches in the corridors that the cleaning staff did not remove even though they were cleaning the rooms!

Breakfast is ok and quite simple. The Thai dishes served there unfortunately tasted plain.

Very good location, nice and helpfull staff, clean and cozy room. Big bed and nice balcony. Swimming pool is good for a dip.

The only thing I can point out is that there was some visible mold in the bathroom. It is very common in hot places, but if we aim for perfection, a mould spray would get there.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time throughout. The highlight is the staff, because everyone is kind, helpful and provided great service. We even got a breakfast box each day our day trips started before the breakfast was served. The room is very clean and functional, the short walking distance to the beach is perfect, the pool on the rooftop added the final touch. We would stay again, easily

There was dirty marks on the house coats provided I think they were meant to go in the wash after the last people used them. But that was the only thing.

The bathroom design is unusual, with the shower positioned close to the toilet, causing the toilet area to become wet during showers. Additionally, the sink is located outside the bathroom, directly in the main room.

The room is spacious and clean, breakfast was ok, the location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Balcony small with lots of plants and no view. We did request a floor higher up when we booked but they had none available when we arrived.

Good location with a short walk to beach. Booked a king size room which had a separate bathroom as the double was very small. Breakfast was acceptable for price paid. Pool area looked ok but we didn’t use as prefer the beach. Recommend a taxi to Surin beach.
