Room was slightly dated and very expensive (not value for money) compared to other places we stayed in Southern Thailand.

Staff were great and friendly at check in. Room was clean, pool was well maintained. Helpful for renting a motorbike.

Not much that I can complain.

First of all big shout out to staff, they are amazing haed working people and do everything to make you comfortable. Location is great, walkong distance to Kata beach, and has good swimming pool. Also, because of location everything is 100-200 Baht cheaper compared to the places around Kata night market. Less crowded and you can really relax. This is also family friendly place so if you have kids, they will be happy too. Also, design of the villas is good where there is separation between bedroom and living room. Overall I do recommend. PS/ it might be good idea to rent a bike since it's super hot and not easy to walk when it is hot&humid

Great location, a short walk to Kata beach and shops. The Villa’s were beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Facilities around the hotel were great and the staff were very friendly and on hand for anything you needed. They were very friendly with our 2yr old.

Great staff! The easy access to the pool from everywhere is good. 10 min walk to Kata beach. Gym is quite good for a basic workout. Breakfast is good if you like Thai food in the morning. Not suitable for vegetarians. Almost everything contains chicken.

You can hear the neighbours from other room very loud. Design of the bathroom is nice (window from the bedroom) but in the night you have the big light when someone is there.

The room was modern,spacious,clean. Really cool is the private access to children pool. Bed was really comfortable. There was a welcome drink. Bigger pool available, also masages and cosmetics with good prices. Staff was very helpful and found a room for us before official check in. They organized a taxi to airport. Hotel provides shuttle bus to Kata beach but we went there by our own, it was 10min. There are plenty of restaurants,shops...view of Big Buddha from the terrace. Smart TV in the room.

Mostly everything was great but the food could have just been a little bit better

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 6 nights and had the most wonderful time! We had a room with pool access which made our stay just that extra bit more special. Rooms were cleaned everyday, and room service was speedy. Location was also great, lots of shops and the beach around a 10 minute walk away.

The kitchen equipment it could be much better equipped, though. Just 2 plates with a cutlery is not what you are expecting when you book a villa

We spent a couple of days with a baby there and we were pleased with everything - staff, location, facilities, services etc. Definitely recommended the place and we will come back if we visit Phuket again

The only problem I had was that bathroom was always wet. Adding some fan to extract the wet air would be amazing.

My whole stay was amazing. The staff was really caring. Breakfast was rich, everything was clean and the whole hotel had a very nice vibe. Also There is covered parking for motorbikes!

Our door to the pool would not lock for the first day and was “fixed” then wouldn’t lock the next day. The safe additionally was not working so we had to get that fixed. However the maintenance man was wonderful and very helpful. We did notice they don’t clear the TV as previous families netflix and YouTube was logged in

The staff were lovely, was greeted by pineapple juice the first day. Each time we would walk past we were greeted. They would break our big notes before the markets to ensure we had exact change. The access to the pool was nice. Additional cost for dinners and drinks however were very good, with breakfast being included in our room and was very good

breakfast was ok- not the best variety . I also got charged for damaging the duvet/ cover ( fair enough) however the fee of £45 was a lot !

We had the pool access room which was perfect. The hotel was in a quiet location , 10 mins walk away from the overly busy Kata. It was a very relaxing stay.

My girlfriend and I rented a villa. The villa was clean with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. The staff at the reception was very nice, it was no problem to rent a motorbike directly at the hotel. Breakfast was good - part European and part Asian which my Thai girlfriend especially appreciated. The pool and the area around the villas was clean and landscaped daily. I can only recommend this hotel. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the beach but we did not use this service.
