Walls aren't really soundproof, but thankfully hotel is a distance away from main road so the noise from the streets aren't too loud though can be heard.

Location is great and Big C, Platinum Mall, Centralworld were all within 10min walk. Friendly staff who goes out of their way to help. 7-11s nearby (less than 5min walk). 2-3 min walk to train station (Airport Rail Link)

The hotel is close to the airport by train and nearby shopping malls and supermarkets. There is a two night market to go to. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed it.

My child did not receive complimentary breakfast, and we were required to purchase from the Ala Carte menu, which was disappointing. I've included photos of their breakfast menu (which is limited) and a list of breakage charges they charge if you damage anything inside the room. Additionally, the complimentary 500ml water bottles provided daily were insufficient for a meal. The mandatory 1000THB security deposit was unwelcome, and the hotel declined to accommodate a half-hour late checkout. No tea/coffee or milk powder provided in the room. The photos of the room and bathroom appear appealing in here, but in reality, the room is average and the bathroom feels quite cramped and narrow.

Clean and well maintained. Everyday the housekeeping used to clean and tidy our room. The staff are very polite and ready to help anytime. Conveniently located near the Airport BTS, shopping malls, and vibrant night markets, accessibility to the best of the city is at your doorstep. In-room massages are available for an additional 45-50 THB, approximately. Their campus is well-secured, ensuring peace of mind as unauthorized individuals cannot access beyond the reception area.

However i find the 1000 Bhat security deposit not tourist friendly , no other hotel in the same area charges this. That's why i don't book here anymore . This is peoples travel money which they only get when they check out.

The bed's metress was little hard and not comfy as thought, it feels like you are sleeping on the floor. and room has not a good view, except buildings. they ask for 1000 bath deposit for the stay. which is around $30 holded until you checkout. They did not provide TEA, COFFEE options free for the stay, only a Kettle.

I like the location, it is located walking distance to Pratunam Night Market, Indra Market, BIG C and several 7/11 shops. you can come at anytime to hotel, hotel doors are secured with modern technology equipped with CCTV and card swiped entry. Room was spacious and clean enough. there is a SPA attached to the hotel too. they allowed us to stay 30 min extra ( late checkout ) too.

Bangkok's metropolitan area is huge, and traffic congestion is a daily problem in the city. There is a skytrain station near the hotel, but it will still take more than half an hour to get to the Grand Temple, Chinatown, Iconsiam, etc., as many tourist sites are far from each other. Moreover, the skytrain system and the subway system in the city are not combining, so I had to pay the fare again when I transferred from a skytrain station to a subway station. So, it's probably best to take Grab or take a bus if you stay at the hotel.

It's convenient to get to the hotel if you're coming from one of the two airports in Bangkok. Although the road by the hotel is a main road for commuters, I did not hear car noises and frequent honks when I was in the room. I also like the location is in the alley, so there's a quiet space for travelers to rest at night.

Poor wifi coverage and speed.....at times dropped to below 1mbps. They also could not provide me with a double bed, singles ONLY. Only one toilet roll supplied and not replenished daily.

We could reach shops, shopping malls, Train station and other places easily and in a short time. The breakfast was a light one but it was really enough and so good. The staff also was very friendly and helpful.

The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Good water pressure.. The location is perfect. Size of the room is good. Food is great and very reasonably priced.
