i have never seen a hotel room with a balcony which we can’t smoke. I totally agree that it’s not right and allowed to smoke in rooms. but why balcony

it’s in a great location. good size of rooms which can be even jointed.

1. The attached bathrooms, although very clean, were the smallest I've ever seen, with hardly any elbow space. 2. We stayed on the 6th floor where Wi-Fi was from terrible to no-network all the time.

The check-in and check-out were smooth like butter. The reception desk staffs were very positive in their attitude and were very keen to help whenever needed. The location was excellent. Wi-Fi was very bad.

We had to pay a full day's accomodation for a late check out 6pm. They give us a quote for 1000Bht ... I could get it for 1100 on Booking .com... When I pay the hotel , they asked 1200Bht... More expensive than online .. then to late to book online... If you know you want to check out late.. .book from beginning extra night online.. cheaper than hotel self... Latest you can check out is 1pm if you are lucky..

Hotel with good location... Near Markets and BTS... Friendly Staff... I liked the hotel... Lift on first floor... So you will always have steps to climb from reception to lift..

More choices for breakfast would be nice

The Staff was very friendly and helpful.They help us to change a booking to other nights that could not do online! We left our bags at reception to go for a weekend to Hua Hin....300Bht. The Lift only start at the first floor... So you always have some steps to climb... No problem for us .. will come back to this hotel.. Thank You!

THE BREAKFAST IS ALL STANDARDIZE. THE american bfast could be a choice of Scrambled or Sunny side up...but nope...when u asked if u can change it they were so fierce about it... Everything must pay. If u pay u will get a smile. One the 1st day i asked for hot water at the side along with my Included Tea but was given a DEATH STARE..and when i mention i can pay they gave it free.. I stayed for a week...the least they can do is JUST SMILE..they will be pissed if u want to chamge anything at all...its like a ROUTINE THAT CANNOT BE CHANGED. THE PILLOWS...!!! $200BAHT FOR 2 MORE. 3☆HOTEL 4☆HOTEL 5☆HOTEL HAVE EXTRA PILLOWS IN THE CUPBOARDS.. BUT NOT KC PLACE EVERYTHING MUST PAY... PAY PAY PAY..maybe they have had bad customers but not all apples are bad. FREE BOTTLE OF WATER EVERYDAY..SO MAKE SURE TO CALCULATE URS IF NOT ASKING FOR MORE IS $20BAHT. that is all..

ITS DIRECTLY NEXT TO THE AIRPORT RAIL TO & FROM SUVARNABHUMI..only 30mins From DMK airport take a bus A3 and stop at Indra regent and walk was just 250mtrs. The hotel is ABSOLUTELY clean and checking in if u r early they will try their best..which i am fully appreciative..but the room i got was facing the RUBBISH AREA where other buildings were so i had to change room and they accomodated. There is a side door tat closes by 7pm thru Baiyoke Sky hotel / pratunam Market..so convienient. The housekeeping is very honest and always does a good job in cleanliness.

Had to climb quite a few stairs to reach the elevator on the first floor also big steps at the front entrance should have a access slope.I had difficulty as I had an injured leg. overall apart from these problems it is an excellent hotel fix these problems and you will get mor return business.

The elevator only goes to the 6th floor. You have to go on foot forward. We ordered a taxi at 7 PM and the receptionist woke us up at 7 AM?! And when we explained the mistake to him, he repeatedly rudely told us that we had to leave the room by 12. Which we already knew and also agreed at the reception to keep our bagage for us until the evening (because we were going on a trip that day). A bit of a strange and unpleasant experience. In the hotel, they ask for a deposit of money, supposedly for the card - room key. A bit unusual. Luckily they accepted USD as no one has TBH the day before departure.

The hotel is located in the very center next to Bayoki Sky. The price was quite reasonable. The room is quite large - in relation to the price. Lots of storage space and space for suitcases.

It has been difficult to pay using 2 different credit cards Payment terminal was not working properly. Fortunately it worked the next day We still don't even know if we paid twice the room. One payment from booking and one locally at the hotel . I will have to sort out this on my return

There was minimal soundproofing so we could hear the rumbling train and people walking and talking along the corridor. But this did not affect the overall quality of our stay :)

This hotel gives great value for money! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Reception and housekeeping staff were attentive and responded to our requests quickly.

The bed was pretty hard. And I get Room at 7th floor in thr second building, that have to take another stair because the lidt just get end at 6th floor.
