France1) Our bungalow was a little bit too close of the night bar , so at night it was noisy but we appreciated that they stopped at 11pm. 2) At the front of our bungalow , the beach is free ; so some local people sat dow sometimes in the top of our terrace of our bungalow drinking alcool and being drunk and noisy. Some advices or signal panel from hotel managers reminding that this is a "private" bungalow terrace could be helpful. 3) I would have appreciate a lot to have an hamac chair that the other apartments get. I asked for it at the reception but they answered that it was not possible to get one (even if I would have paid for it): sad. If they could be flexible and responding to a simple request as asking this hamac chair, it will show that the hotel care about the little thing that can make the customer really happy, next time, hotel manager be aware that it doesn't cost that much to move one hamac chair from one room not occupied, but be aware that this gesture will have brought a great happiness for the all stay of your clients.

AustraliaThere is a bar on the beach next to the pool - loud base music would start at around 8.30pm and not turn off until 11pm. It could be heard all over the resort, and even if you are sitting on your balcony with headphones on - you could still hear it. You couldn’t escape it. It was also open from 5pm with half price cocktails - which was great - it was just the loud music every night of the week that would mean we would not stay here again. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

United States"Bungalow Room" is a bit misleading as I thought we were getting individual bungalows, but it's actually a room in a building w/4 rooms. There are never pool chairs available even though they're usually empty, people reserve them w/towels although it says reserving chairs is not allowed. Also it's nearly impossible to get a pool towel & the hotel does not re-stock them throughout the day. Service at the bar/restaurant is a bit slow and staff are not as attentive. Sometimes orders are very slow or forgotten, but the hotel bar is much better than Himmel Bar. The Himmel Beach Bar that's set up from 5pm-11pm in front of the pool is absolutely horrible (bad service, etc.) and unfortunately, the loud EDM music reverberated through my mom's room and was quite disturbing so we weren't able to enjoy relaxing evenings in/around the room/beach at the hotel. I know it's technically separate from the hotel but would suggest getting a different bar tenant as this is not a good vibe for a family friendly resort.
The location in the center of White Sand Beach and near 7-11 & other shops is great. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable and even had a nice view even though we didn't specifically book a room with a sea view. The reception staff are extremely friendly and speak English & Thai. The cleaning staff are also very nice and attentive. It is nice to have a pool and there are beach lounge chairs you can rent for 50 baht/day.

Location is perfect: good cafe within 40 m, shops within 50 m, and great restaurants within a 5-10 min. songthaew ride. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The pool of the hotel is well-maintained and clean. Beach bars with music are open until 2300, then exactly at 2300 all music stops, and the beach is quiet. Our room was great though, we could hardly hear the noises from outside.

United KingdomThe room we stayed in didn’t have any windows apart from on the door but there not all like that they have family rooms with big glass windows but are more expensive it’s not a big deal but I think reviews should be informative so people have choices when booking. The area is a bit quiet personally next time I’d stay in Kai bae where there are lots more restaurants and bars to choose from.

GermanyThe pool bar was really loud. But it's over at 11pm. I personally wasn't too bothered by it but I can totally understand why lots of people would be angry about this. The sort of Electro-Beat-pop music isn't everyone's taste as well. Also there seemed to be only one working electrical outlet in the room. The usual worn down things in those hotels.

Denmarkthe hotel beach bar is playing really loud music until 23 every day we were there. it’s so load in the rooms that if you have small kids they will have trouble sleeping and as adults it was really annoying, especially if you want peace and quiet evenings. this part of koh Chang is quite noisy as you have the beach bars on one side and the main road o the other side. the good thing is the beach bar turn of music exactly 23 pm.
