The location was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served good food. The room was great, aircon worked well, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and shower was hot. The flush on the toilet didn't work when we arrived, but the resort quickly sorted it and fixed it - excellent customer service.

The water in the shower and sink is salty. Also it was not particularly clean and the water pressure is 0. But it's an outdoor facility of the room, so somewhat understandable.

The location is 10 out of 10. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was not bad.

Kradan Beach Resort is very close to the island's national park visitor center where most day-tour boats land. This crowd also trickles down to the resort beachfront. At daytime the beach can get pretty busy making one question the prudence of renting an expensive beachfront bungalow if there's no real privacy there. Better then to settle with something cheaper in the back of the resort and take a little walk to the beach. On our month-long trip to Thailand we almost didn't see any mosquitoes. But on Trang islands they suddenly appeared. The bungalow had a mosquito net above the bed, but for some reason, it also had quite big gaps between floorboards where daylight shone through (and bugs could also fit in). I guess it would make sense to insulate the floor better - so the air conditioning wouldn't go to waste and a mosquito-phobic visitor would sleep more peacefully.

For our second night in this resort we stayed at the more expensive beachfront bungalow. This was nice, spacy and air-conditioned.

There were some critters that visited our roof every night. But considering the remoteness of the island to be expected. Window did not lock and window screen was broken. The woman at the front desk could have been kinder, she seemed burnt out of her job. Everyone else was awesome! Make sure you get to breakfast early or there will be little food.

The location, right on the beach, was amazing particularly first thing in the morning and after 3pm in the afternoon, before and after all the day trip boats arrived and left, The reef just off the beach was spectacular with lots of variety and large shoals of fish. The room was perfectly adequate and clean. Staff friendly and helpful

Amazing location - beach is like a dream. The bungalow we had was basic but good value. Air conditioning is an extra 400 baht from 6pm until 9am. Koh Kradan is stunningly beautiful and this resort is the cheapest and best value if you don't mind basic but reasonably comfortable accommodation. The staff are lovely and helpful and the restaurant is great.

Chalet doesn’t have beds- it’s wooden bench covered with sheets-extremely hard and uncomfortable.Bed was full of small bugs however i used mosquito net all the time.Chalet was full of bugs,lizards on the walls and big brown worms crawling on the walls bathroom sealing than they fall off so wach your bags!Also birds living on the roof and making a lot of noises at night. You can’t relax in it-it’s always something. Food is terrible in restaurant!!

I think the rooms need some upkeeping.

Very nice resort, our bungalow was next to the beach. Simple room but quite clean and comfortable. Bed was huge and comfy. You can enjoy the beautiful view from the porch. Staff was nice and helpful. Food at restaurant was okay, but they don’t have vegetarian menu!

Old mattress. Dysfunctional toilet float. Electrical outlet location not user-friendly (but electricity ok). Restaurant and room are expensive for what it offers. Very few offer on the island so they take advantage. Know that the national park has 3 tents to rent. They provide camping mattress, blanket and pillow for 400 bath/night/tent.

Quiet, close to the beach, clean. Lend snorkeling gear.
