It was difficult to get a cab from the airport, we took the subway and then walked to the hotel, not a great experience on the walking stretch.

The location was quite far from town and department stores, little bit far from public transportation (if you want to walk from sky train station) there was a high way quite close to the building and you can hear sound of the car driving at nighttime.

Quite clean and lots of facilities, the room size was big, large toilet with rain shower and warm water. Good quality fitness equipment and swimming pool.

The breakfast was such a let down. I had pancakes - cold. So went for the French toast- cold. Then had the eggs benedict - cold and the worst of the lot. What a shame. If you can't serve things as they're meant to be served, don't serve them.

Everything except one thing (see next section) Lovely big room and comfortable room, clean and well equipped. The staff were lovely. Food in the restaurant in the evening was nice if not a little expensive. Enjoyed a few hours by the pool in the morning which was nice (but the road noise was very loud). Quick to/from Don Meung Airport.

Nothing really … although there isn’t much around it , however there is a shopping centre and food court just a short walk away . The Sky train has now been extended so it’s not so far away

Beautiful hotel . Despite it being a very busy time ( there was a big wedding being held) the staff couldn’t do enough to help us . Comfy bed , clean room and a lovely restaurant. Breakfast is beautiful. The location is fantastic for Don muang airport and the new train station is just a 20 minute journey by taxi .

Other room doors tend to make loud noise when closed carelessly. A small rubber damper at the door will be helpful.

Poor communication with hotel. I tried to set up an airport transfer when we arrived by sending them an email the day prior to our arrival; no answer/no assistance. Then they advertise "free transportation" on their web page; when I ask about an airport shuttle for the next morning, they said there isn't any and we had to get our own taxi. Check-in (at 1am in the morning) however was smooth and the staff was nice.

We got the hotel since it was close to the airport (DMK) and we needed to catch an early flight the next morning. But it's far from the city center. Very grand in size and room was spacious and clean. Good TV media selection. Did not use the pool facility so cannot comment. Overall good stay.

Very close to Don Mueang Airport. Confortable rooms, big bathroom, minibar. Big swimming pool. Staff has a little bit difficulty with english (they speek, but apparently not fluent). In general, good hotel option if you need to stay in that neighborhood.

I found it strange that there isn’t any sitting area at the hotel lobby. It was inconvenient for my friends who visited me, and inconvenient for me when I needed a place to sit and rest while waiting for a friend who could only come at 2pm to pick me up on my check-out day.

The space and cleanliness of the room. I particularly enjoyed the couch area at the corner; it was cozy.

This time I stayed for one night, first I got room on Executive floor - room with bathtub (as I requested), quite old, musty smell , air-conditioning cannot adjust temperature (too cold) and safe box is not working. Then, hotel staff changed new room (on 4th fl.) for me, but unfortunately air-conditioning of new room cannot adjust temperature again. It was too cold before going to bed and turned to warm during night so I could not sleep well. It was quite late night so I did not inform hotel staff. It was too lazy to move to new room.

There is hardly any places to visit around the hotel. You will need to get a taxi to go anywhere. There is a seven-eleven store opposite the hotel but it is not advisable for elderly people. However, the hotel and also next door hotel both have a very small grocery shop. Breakfast buffet was moderate in terms of selection of food.

Room was very nice and spacious. The floor was not carpeted which is great. Staff were very friendly. Aromatherapy massage was great and very relaxing. The hotel is very near Don Muang Airport and Bangkok Immigration Office.
