We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandOnly the lobby area is not open the air condition. Therefore, it quite hot both day / nights time. Less recreation area for guest to rest apart from lobby area. Also the room door key should be tab card instead of the key. Door also not auto lock. Apart from that it's all good and impressive.
Hotel is clean, nice staffs and welling to help also room size very large and comfortable bed. Clean Toilet and all amentities is enough and beyond expectation.

United StatesFor the price i hope shuttle service to & from the airport is included (I dont think it is), as well as to & from the immigration office. It would be nice if you offer a special discount for travelers who opt for extended stays.
Very clean rooms. Staff is very pleasant, kind, & accommodating. Breakfast is good. Air-con is really good. Great room service. Free water (2 bottles every day) Beautiful view from my balcony. I appreciate some of the staff being able to speak English! They've been very helpful.

United KingdomAlthough it said speak English, Thai, Burmese . It's totally rely on google translate. Poor staffs are struggling out of their depth. The internet in my room is broken , they kept fiddling my laptop which i couldn't make them understood. Eventually they understood to change the router. It's not their fault but untrained and unknown. Unfortunately my emails being corrupted now

ThailandOverall the hotel was good the only thing that was a problem was the air-conditioning system it was very noisy and you can only select low or high, and the one in my room would only work on high and very noisy. After asking the staff for assistance they said they can't change the settings. They also remarked a lot of guests have complained about the same problem.
