Last day I found a cockroach going out from the shower drain. This can be easily solved (and should be solved) using small grate in the drain

location. in the center of city. walking distance to night market. if u rent car, there is a lot of parking space for your car, self doby just side the hotel. easy to locate. clean, comfy and very afforadble with the price you get simple breakfast

The only negative was the shower head was attached very low to the ground and the length of the “cord” was too short to stand up and use it, so you had to sit in the bathtub to wash your hair. Obligatory baths, rather than a shower.

Lovely! Room was clean and spacious and bright, location was good, quiet but in easy walking distance to everything. Staff was very helpful. Laundry right next door. Wifi worked well.

It not quite close to the city center, a good 15-20 minute walk. The rooms were quite old (I'm taking tube TV old), but clean. Mosquitos could get inside because the door to the outside faucet had too much clearance

The reception was attentative, free tea and coffee is included in the morning.

We sometimes struggled to connect to the Wi-Fi in our room. Our room overlooked a main road which you could hear very clearly during the day and night, especially in the early morning. Room/corridor smelled of smoke on the first day but it went after that. Payment is by cash only unless you pay in advance through Booking.

Basic room and bathroom with good hot water shower and AC which we didn’t use as it was cool enough without it. Location was good for accessing everything in Chiang Rai. Fridge and bottled water provided. Lovely basic breakfast provided in the morning free of charge with free water refills. Very good value for money.

It’s a bit far from the main road & restaurants & center: around 15’ walk.

The rooms spacious and with all one can need: AC, wardrobe, safe, TV, deskFresh water every day & fridge in the room. Coffee & cookie & banana available every morning. Good WiFi - I could make video conferences. There is a Japanese coffee place and a nice temple on the corner.

The shower is complicated to use at first and the rooms are a bit outdated. A refurbishing would be a huge plus.

There was a mini breakfast buffet of snacks and drinks, which was a really pleasant surprise. Also, they stored our luggages for a whole day after we checked out, which is super nice. We only spent one night at this place, but it was a good experience, would book it again - but not for long vacations.

There was not much that we did not enjoy, though we would have preferred better neighbors.

The location was very good, everything was walking distance. Nearby there were cafes and markets. We booked a room for three people are were more than pleased by what we got. It was two separate rooms each with an outdoor area with a sink.

The Moon and Sun hotel is great. It's a little dated, but brilliant value. There are some great coffee shops nearby.

Simple room. Door could be jimmied open with a credit card I bet. No shampoo.

Walked from the bus station. Lots of food within 300m. Clean enough. Mini-fridge, hot water, and AC if you want that. Staff were polite. Speak some English. Only stayed one night to catch a plane. Price was OK and safe neighborhood. Maybe good for budget traveler who doesn't want to be in a hostel.

Unfortunately, the mattress in room 315 was very hard, and I got a fairly painful condition in my back that is probably related to that. Also the water heater in the shower did not hold the temperature well, so it was either too cold or a bit too hot most of the time.

The room had a comfortable size, with plenty of storage, a desk and so on. Despite a bit dated it is a classy hotel with charm, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe double room, with AC, fridge, and bathroom that was clean and had two bottles of water, soaps and so on. We paid 470 BHT per night and there is a free breakfast snack available 7 to 10 am downstairs (cereal, milk, cookies, bananas, coffee, tea).

Unfortunately no water refill and the wifi is not that good.

Great place to stay in Chiang Rai. Not expensive and very friendly staff. Nice, comfy room with seperate bathroom and pretty spacious. It was clean as well.
