Great hotel for families, the room is a bit smaller than we expected.

People leaving towels on beds and not using them and the staff didn't do anything about it as they should because it was on a ticket by the bed that they would be removed if no use after 20 minutes but they didn't do anything about it so you couldn't have a bed when they were all free but with towels on them

Not too much entertainment for the kids: good pool for toddlers with nice slide and cartoons at the evening time. Rooms always clean but quite small. You can be limited in space if you come with couple of few suitcases. A/c makes rooms quite cold even if you set the temperature at 24 degrees.

Very nice hotel with close location to Kata beach and plenty restaurants. Breakfasts are very delicious and various. Personal approach was extremely responsive and professional.

Good location: just outside the hotel you can find a 7/11, many restaurants, a really nice night market etc all in walking distance Bed was comfortable, just missed a bath. Hotel was clean, well maintain and modern The pools were warm and the children area was really nice

Location is great. We were a couple staying, if with children the pool area would be fantastic, with the slides and play area. However, the big pool is heated and it was 38 degrees when we stayed so wanted to cool off in the pool.

rooms are small, and the inter-connecting doors are in the way when moving around. Cost was on the high side.

Staff was friendly, facility is well maintained and a good location. Restaurant has good food and reasonable prices.

sound proofing of the hotel rooms - you can hear any movements in the main corridor and it is very disturbing in the middle of the night or early morning

facilities, great location - shops, night market, restaurants are just 10 meters away (you need to cross small road which sometimes gets very busy) not very crowded pool, proximity to beach, breakfast, activities like cooking class, well maintained, not many insects

Not the best breakfast I have experienced in hotels, but good enough.

This is a great hotel for everyone. Good location close to he beach and local shops and restaurants. The swimming pools are suitable for kids and adults alike. We had a suite with a pool view which I thought was worth the extra cost. Staff go out of their way to assist guests.

The room while modern and clean is a bit small. Breakfast is good and great for a 4* hotel but I wanted a bit more after staying in 5* hotels. The pools are good but a bit too warm for my liking and would be great if they were a bit deeper.

Great location! Hote'sl best feature is location. Only steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping & beach. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. Good breakfast and good happy hours. Good swimming pools for kids.

Minor thing: Water in the main pool was 35-36°C which is not refreshing, but I am not sure if it’s possible to make it better. Also on the day when jelly fish sieged the shore there were no sun chairs available by the pool. But again these things are minor. All in all very positive experience.

We liked almost everything! Breakfasts were amazing, shortcut to the beach, staff, reception desk, parking, surroundings - everything was great.

Mosquitoes, really wish they fumigate regularly. Can’t leave the balcony door open. Hope to see more board games to keep the kids entertained.

Very nice and clean property. Perfect stay for family, kids would love it. They have an amazing breakfast spread, movies for kids everyday, water slides within the premises. Location close to activities, food options around the hotel were great too.

The basic room is a little tight with two adults and a child, with insufficient room for our suitcases. The breakfast is a bit repetitive and underwhelming.

Excellent location, with the Kata Walking Street and Bar Street right across the road, as well as an abundance of good restaurants and amenities. Short walk to the beach. The staff were universally wonderful, the pools are lovely, there's always something going on, and the suite we upgraded to was fantastic.

The only thing we didnt like was the mix of guests (most were from Rusland) and also in Phuket most of the people are.

The hotel is very good organised. You feel this the minute you step in the hotel. The staff is paying attention to detail and service. We had breakfast included and this was also very good. A lot of choice and the staff cleaned and added new food once needed. Pool area is for kids amazing. Our 3,5 year old daughter liked the slides a lot.

We have chosen a room with no balcony, and the clothes were not getting dry the next day. I think is better to choose a room with balcony or else you can request a dryer separately.

Hotel is near to a very good market and near to the beach. They have a small water park for kids and movies for them each night. They offer buffet paid separately.

The hotel is aimed at families so there are lots of kids here. Balcony rooms are a little on the small side with no chairs.

The hotel room we had was awesome, very comfortable bed, pillows were some of the best I have had, shower was great, cleaned every day with new sheets and towels, staff always on hand to help, lovely security helping stop the traffic when you wanted to cross the road. Very convenient access to the beach through the side gate.
