This hostel is the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The owners are super helpful and friendly, making you feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable and have curtains for added privacy. They offer a simple but tasty free breakfast with fruits and juices, plus free coffee and tea all day. The free cold water refills and the communal kitchen with a fridge and microwave are great perks. It's super quiet, yet I still found it easy to meet people. The WiFi was perfect, too. Overall, this hostel combines cleanliness, comfort, and a friendly vibe. Highly recommended!

The hostel booked up fast, so book early!

The hostel was a great size and layout to meet people as a solo traveller. There were two hang-out areas, where you could read or have a coffee, but the hostel stayed quiet. The reception staff were wonderful and helpful. The areas were incredibly clean and comfortable to sleep in.

If I had to choose, I’d say the bathroom: only one for 6 girls. But it’s manageable and really fine.

It’s a little unfortunate that there aren’t too many bathrooms available in the property, but that’s a difficult thing to change of course! Not the hostel’s fault!

I love just how clean the hostel is! Literally might be the cleanest accommodation that I’ve ever stayed in before :) the staff are so welcoming and kind. They are willing to help you with anything and everything. I’ve extended my stay multiple nights here.

The fact that it’s ruined all other hostels for me because no other ones can compare to how much I enjoyed my stay here haha

Everything! The place was so cozy and felt like a little slice of home that I kept booking extra nights. They couldn’t get rid of me! I booked a new excursion in a different town because otherwise i probably would have just stayed there and never left haha. I met great people that i ended up traveling a bit longer with, had lovely chats with the owner every day, the place is so spotless, the rooms are the perfect temperature at all times, the lockers are huge, the beds in the dorms feel so private and have all the outlets and light you need and they don’t shake at all so you’re never disturbing other people even if you’re a top bunk. The sheets, blankets, and pillow are so comfy! The couch and Netflix is a great added touch for when you just want to unwind and feel like you’re at home on your travels. Thanks for the perfect stay!! I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in Chiang Mai again!

Everything! - Meeting new people the minute I checked in - Paul and his wife are amazing and genuine people, they will go all the way to help you out (I got help with a visa extention & recommendations around and in Thailand) I will come back after a trip to Pai!

Bathroom is the lower point (just one cabin for gender and it was wet all the time). Not very social, but a good place to relax.

The owners are really nice people and they helped me out with everything I wanted to book and visit. The place is super clean and the common areas are very nice. The bed space provides a private space and are confortable. Very good cost/benefit ratio.

The owner did over-react a little when the bedroom dorm I stayed in was infested with insects. This was the ONLY complaint I have. His wife was SUPER helpful with me adjusting to Thailand. Also, I had to turn up the TV volume because I think it needs 'adjusting' in some way. Again, a small complaint. s

Even tho there were quite a lot of people staying, can't say that the place is super social, so it might be difficult to get acquainted with other travelers if you are solo. But depends on a person, ofc.

The place is very nice! Super clean, free breakfast with fruits and toasts is amazing. The stuff helped me a lot during my stay which I can't help mentioning. Really appreciate this. The location is central and close to different spots. The WiFi was also strong which was perfect for me as a digital nomad.

I stayed in the all female dorm of six beds with in-suite bathroom. My dormmates were considerate and interesting. The bed was comfortable and well-appointed for a dorm bed. I slept well and had a simple breakfast of cereal and fruit when I could.

Not a single thing

Don't think twice about booking this hostel. The staff is amazing and will help you all the questions you might have. You can book all the tours, motorbikes and all you want you with them. The hostel has great wifi and comfortable lobby space so ideal for digital nomads. Hats off to Paul on being an incredible host.

I only wish it was possible to have an honor system for buying beverages after reception is closed in the evenings (but I do understand the challenges with that).

Wonderful hostel right in the old city. Paul and Koki are amazing hosts who put so much care into the details and really want their guests to have a nice stay! Clean and tidy. Appreciated having filtered water, coffee, tea, and breakfast. Smooth process for late check-in.

Great place to stay, the location is perfect, quite and very close to the most of the attractions. The staff are very kind people and helps a lot with recommendations, so don't hesitate to ask them even if you have already scheduled activities. The place also provide good area if you need to work a lil bit :)

Everything was perfect!

This was by far my favourite place in all of Thailand. It was exceptionally clean (apart from the problems all places in the old town face with old plumbing and smells). The beds were super comfortable, and you had lots of privacy. Koki and Paul helped with any question and problem and took time to chat with guests as well. Breakfast was small, but a nice addition. The chill area was super cosy. The hostel is central, and everything is walkable. They also organize a nice sunset get-together on Sundays. I came back two more times after my first stay. Felt like home :)
