A large animal got in the walls of our cabin forcing us to move during the night However staff were very understanding and moved us with no question (We weren’t bothered due to this being expected in a jungle type environment

The pool was beautiful and the cafe joined to the resort served lovely food The staff where also very helpful

We booked this place for 3 nights to travel around Chiang Rai's beautiful scenery. Hotel is at a perfect location just outside the heart of the city with quiet surroundings. You'll feel like being on a tropical island.

The green pool after a heavy rainfall as we didn't get to use it once during our 2 night stay. The steps in the bathroom.

The quiet location but still close to most things. The very friendly & helpful staff who offered a solution when Wifi wasn't working in the rooms. The food at lunch & dinner is delicious. The coffee shop on site is great too. Lovely property, would stay again. Even the owner? a Saudi male was approachable & fun. The entire property is lush & beautiful.

Great pool and staff, close to a very cool running space. With a motorbike everything is within 5 to 25 mins distance.

Be prepared to take a grab or taxi to go anywhere. Not really walkable to anything.

Lovely facility, cabins renovated and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were superb. On site cafe is really nice, pool area is also superb.

It wasn’t possible to have the AC on while away from the room - what would have been good to refresh the room while you go to the pool under the 40 degrees we got during our stay.

Because we stayed for a few nights, the included breakfast felt a little repetitive towards the end of our stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool was a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing. We liked the natural surroundings and how the place is integrated with the nature. The staff was very nice and always ready to help us whether we had questions or needed help arranging for a day tour. Though it is a little remote from the city centre, we had no trouble getting around using Gab. While Chiang Rai has many places to eat, the hotel restaurant has excellent food as well if you feel like having a night in.

But I had a cockroach in my room, the single bed is bit small, and it was impossible to be relaxed and use the pool when you allow external people who are not hotel guest to use the pool. If you can limited time for outsider/ not hotel guests to use the pool that will help your guests to be relaxed as there is nothing else in the hotel to enjoy.

It was quiet and I could sleep well. The environment attracts me and I believe other guests. We love to be surrounded with birds’ singing, beautiful green plants, cafe and the pool. I love the ceiling fan as option to save energy and turn off sir-con!!

The room we had was really nice, spotless and spacious but made me feel a tad claustrophobic having only a relatively small window on the back, over looking a cemented service area. Also they need to invest in some better pillows.

I’m an Italian professional cook, I found all the food we had during our stay to be excellent. Definitely among the bests I had in many trips to Thailand. It taste authentic and I had the feeling that there was love, poured into that food. 😁 The swimming pool is great! The staff is fantastics.

You would need a bike ideally unless happy to get taxis (grab does come here). Rooms get a bit humid.
