We didn’t like check out, it felt like we were being scammed. The cleaners didn’t replace 2 spoons when they cleaned the room but n the day before we left and didn’t replace one of the towels. We called for another towel, no problem but upon check out, they were trying to keep our deposit for the spoons. Eventually they agreed to pay the deposit but only if we gave them the white slip of the receipt, which they never gave us. They even shown us other deposit receipts to show what they meant which also has said white slip attached. If felt like it was a bit of a scam, more so as it’s check out and our taxi was waiting as they dragged this whole process out.

The hotel was nice, pool was lovely and the pool/restaurant staff were lovely.

The bathroom was not stocked with basics Additional water was not provided beyond the 3 bottles a day. There were no water dispensers. One had to buy more water.

Location is excellent, while it's called a lodge, it's a huge hotel, has a small gym, 2 pools, large rooms.

The bathroom amenities could be better. The flush at times did not work or the flow was little less. The rooms lacked dustbin and tissue paper which was a basic necessity. The pool had sand so that needs to be cleaned. The hotel was a bit far from the main attractions or city area so had to pay more for internal travels. The overal lighting could be better.

The environment was good. Though initially the rooms seem a bit old but the service was good. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The pool size was good as well and the hotel is very close to the beach so that's a plus point. The beds were clean and room service was good as well.

The Pool, and Pool Area, were average at best. While the Pool Restaurant was run well, with great food, the pool wasn’t up to scratch.

The Hotel Staff were amazing. Nothing was too hard for them. They made us so welcome, with warmth and cheer. Breakfast had such a varied choice between Asian and European Cuisine. The omelettes were made to order, and spot on. Bacon was not always in the selection, but there were so many other choices to choose from. The Range of fresh fruits was impressive.

I didn’t like the bathroom, it was old and a shower over bath which I’m not a fan of. Also, the breakfast wasn’t good at all. I only ate it once.

I liked the location, the staff and had a room overlooking the pool. Also, the restaurant food is amazing!

The Security Guard always talks rudely with the hotel guests. I am seriously very disappointed with the security guard services

The room fixtures, amenities, bathrooms and decor were at least 15 years old. They should upgrade all of it. Not ample electric points in the suite. TV channels reception was not great. House keeping was below average. Breakfast could be much better with added cooked vegetarian options. The shuttle service to the main city mall and Patong beach is namesake (only 3 times a day) with just 8 people capacity. Private Taxi service was exorbitantly priced so we avoided booking it through the hotel.

The deluxe pool and the size of the family suite with a pool facing balcony. Air conditioning worked great in the suite.

The room is old and could do with refurbishing the shower taps would not turn off completely. We were very disappointed in the view from the balcony as it was described as a garden view and in fact, had a view of a road and a large pipe. My request for another room was not granted although to be fair I think that the hotel was full. Other rooms had a view of the pool which if I booked again I would insist on or not book. The distance from town meant either using the hotel transport and set times which was in a pickup truck and most uncomfortable. Or a Taxi to get into the Patong town centre. Its not far to walk but in the heat uncomfortable.

The Breakfast was fantastic so much choice and excellent food. The restaurant is very nice.

Closing the tap at the shower and something with the toilet not flushing well.

The customer service is very good, pay attention to guests and offer assistance as per need. I had a foot injury, I was well taken care of and they even offered me a wheelchair.

Breakfast not up to standard. Compared to other hotels the shuttle is not running regularly Checked in early but we could only het our key after 14:00. Signed and paid breakage deposit for room on swimming pool level. When we came back to collect our key after 14:00 the manager gave our room away and moved us to higher floor. Had to move rooms the next day again to stay on swimming pool level

The cocktails served at the swimming pool bar were very weak. Breakfast wasn't as expected. We only got bacon on certain days and we had to ask for cheese everyday. I was very disappointed as they didn't make an effort to cater for the westerners. The mattress on our bed was rock hard and didn't do my breasts any justice.

The room was nice and located close to the swimming pool. There was a bar by the swimming pool with happy hour daily from 4-6.. The staff was so friendly and very helpful.
