The beds were extremely uncomfortable, very very soft, the pillows were too big for comfort as well.

Great property with amazing pools, superb breakfast spread and very clean and spacious rooms. The back road had access to good restaurants, massage parlours, supermarkets and shopping all less than 5 mins walking. Patong Beach is right across the hotel (however not the best beach to swim in phuket). The hotel had daily activities for adults and children, most of which were free. Breakfast timings were 6-1030 which is amazing and also the buffet had a variety of Thai, Asian, continental cuisines. Very good quality stuff.

Check in wasn't as smooth as it could have been. Our room wasn't ready (fair enough, we were a little early), however we are not advised when it was ready so sat patiently for a long period when we could have had access an hour earlier (on time).

Rooms a bit old and outdated. Rooms could do with a really good clean e.g couches pretty stained. Could be a bit better in price compared to other places.

The decoration is tatty, the pool and pool areas are unkeeped and the hallways were constantly left with dirty plates "disgusting" it was very much a let down this time as we re booked due to it being so good last time we stayed but there are much better and nicer hotels now in that area When we were leaving at 5am I asked the man behind the desk when we were checking out if I could have or buy some water his reply was no!! He said If I wanted water I should have drunk it in the room, just wow!!!

The location is good as just a short walk to the main strip and plenty of nice restaurants near by and just opposite Patong Beach, the room was cleaned well in block 3 floor 3 the young girl was very sweet, the breakfast was good and you could get pretty much anything

Our stay was in late May and the humidity in the room was quite bad. It was difficult leaving the air con all night and the room had quite a bit of condensation, leaving the bed sheets/ clothes feeling wet and ceiling and walls all wet. Not the best nights sleep. It also had a mouldy smell so we requested an air purifier which helped. I guess it’s just the climate

We had the sunset delux pool access, definitely would recommend as most of our days were spent in the pool lazing around and the pool was quite large and warm. Very big room and bathroom

Everything from lobby to Room to service to spread of breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay in phuket graceland resort and spa,patang. Food cost at the hotel was also reasonable. Resort itself is beatifully planned and hatsoff to the architect and promoters of the resort. Good housekeeing,good smiling staff! Also ,they have daily activities to engage family and kids staying there.

Band was so loud every night couldn’t sleep till 11pm till they finished our room was xlose to the front of the resort. No pool staff to buy drinks or food off had to order from the bar which for a huge resort i watched everyone going to the beach for food and drinks

Room had foul smell! We called staff but they could not solve the problem. Only on the third day they changed the room. You could hear steps from floor above! Power stops (for a few seconds each time) closing electricity. This is not a 5 star hotel! We were very disappointed.

There is a cemetery next to the hotel, which was a bit creepy. Most staff are friendly, however there were many rude staff members. The hotel is on the old side and the rooms are a bit dated - although not a deal breaker.

The Breakfast was excellent. The hotel has many big pools and there is always sun loungers available. The location is perfect and a 7 Eleven around the corner. Most places are walking distance, if you can manage the heat.

Our room had damage on the ceiling that had been repaired and not finished properly, to get out to the balcony, you had to open the door that was almost behind the couch and the curtain, it was awkward to get out, the pools were too war. They allow smoking on the balcony, so there was someone smoking on the next balcony and the smoke drifted into our balcony/room
