Very nice place to stay. It was the third time that we booked. It’s quiet and I love the breakfast.

When arrived at 2am the hotel had messed up our booking and didn't have us arriving for another 2 days. However after logging into booking.com we were able to get it sorted as the dates were correct on booking.com. Fortunately the room was ready so we were able to get in. The Air conditioning was very good but only set to 1 temperature - very cold. Great for coming in after heat but not so good when spending time in room. Got extra bedding so wasn't too bad a night. Bed was very hard. Shower was not very strong and didn't provide hot water, just luke warm.

Location was great for windsurfing at Club Loongchatt. Breakfast was great and reception was able to supply me with travel adaptors and extra bedding when requested. Mini bar was reasonably priced and water bottles were replaced daily. Room was very spacious and a drying line provided on balcony for wet swimwear. 3 pools to choose from so most rooms have either view of or are very close to one.

Location is far away from the town centre. If u want to travel to town centre, need to have a car otherwise have to call a cab or a Grab car. Cab is expensive and they may charge u double cos they expect to return with no passengers from the nearby hotels.

Varieties of foods for breakfast. Hotel near beach and there are 3 swimming pools in the hotels. Value for money.

Very dated and miles from anywhere and hotel shuttle wasn’t available. I was informed that I was the only uk citizen on complex, which consisted of mainly very loud Russian’s. Thank goodness for noise cancellation earphones in public places.

The receptionist was nice but the lady that took over were extremely rude. She loudly complained with the receptionist for letting me in the room a little earlier than the checking time, threatening to discount a night off her salary. She was absolutely presumptuous and impolite. arrived early in the morning. The receptionist told me the room wasn’t available but she could inform me as soon as It get ready I left my belongs and went to the beach coming back an hour after.

My room was infested with mosquitos and not clean. I pointed it out for the reception but it was not sorted. Pools are full of leaves, bugs and and there was like a film on the surface with sunscreen and other stuff. Not very inviting...

Breakfast was ok, long line to get omelet. Alexa Beach Club was cool with a nice pool! Overpriced sunbeds, food and drinks. Smack on the beach!

Conditions of the room are quite poor and cleaning could be better. My room got clean but houses keepers forgot to clean coffee cups which you can see half of coffee still inside and forgot to put toilet paper.

The location is good and got their own excess to the beach. Not enough beach chairs for everyone. The rooms generally are quite old n smell of dump but if you booked the one that said renovated then rooms are better condition. The staffs are very helpful but seem to be not enough staffs for such a big property.

The room was uncleany, the toilet does not flush, ants everywere, internet unstable, staff unfriendly not smiling at all. Specially the cleaners. The one who rides the car to pickup our laggage keeps asking for money and even not smiling. I could see sad faces, raise up their salaries and give them rewards maybe they can smile infront of customers.(as a suggestion).

Shower in bathroom didn't work properly and shoud be fixed. Matress at the beach was dirty.

Good Location. I stayed at Pool access room, the room was spacious, clean but quite old. Swiming Pool's cleanliness was good. Breakfast was ok.
