2nd trip here, 6 years ago felt really welcomed. Staff generally not as friendly this time, bathrooms need proper cleaning and maybe updating. Felt like paper thin walls in the triple rooms so young adults in neighbouring room kept me and my 2 children up.

The rooms are very basic. Don't expect any luxury. The water temperature in our shower was very difficult to control (I think the tap needs replacement). The number of tables for the breakfast is a bit small. It can get crowded and difficult to find a seat (especially during the weekend), but if you do not go at prime time (between 09:30 and 10:00) it should be OK.

The room is basic but clean. Air conditioning works well and the fridge is cold. The family room size is good for 4 people. The beds are a bit hard for my liking but we slept well. The breakfast is good and the dishes are different most of the days. Only after 5 days we started to see some repetition of dishes which makes sense. The location is good and the beach is really just a few minutes away. From the hotel, it takes about 15 minutes to walk "downtown". A taxi takes about 5 minutes and costs around 150 Baht.

The rooms did not get much daylight (ground floor and facing a wall, but at least they put some vegetation). The bathroom was outdated. No electrical plug in the bathroom (can't use the hair dryer or electric shaver).

We had the family two-bed room for 3 adults. The two rooms were nicely equipped and had comfortable beds. The swimming pool is ok. The hotel is really close to the beach. You only have to walk down a short path. The breakfast was good.

The hotel was a little bit worn over Time, and it was a tiny a bit further from the beach which was not really inconvenient at all.

Our bathroom has a little bit problem about water and they try to fix it but failed. However, it’s not the big issue.

The employees of hotel are very kind and nice. The breakfast is also ok. From hotel walk to the beach is very fast and the pool not so big but also clean and ok. The bed and pillow is comfortable.

The pool was a bit of a disappointment, but as we were not far from the beach was acceptable. The breakfast seating area with food on both sides was a little tight when busy.

The room was very nicely appointed with 2 separate bedrooms, and generous bathrooms. The room was also located next to the walkway to the beach and near the breakfast area, so a great position. The resort seemed family and couples orientated and was very quiet. The breakfast was good.
