Does all it said it would - clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, everything works - shower, safe, aircon, fridge etc etc. Friendly, welcoming.

Location, although near beach, the street hotel was on was not very nice. Everything else was good and recommend staying here.

Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee in particular was very nice. Available all day too. Room was comfortable and clean, good air conditioning

Some rooms can be a little noisy at night from AC and plumbing, but no problem if you ask for room change

Bedrooms tastfully decorated. Helpful staff,, nice breakdast; quite swimming pool. Off the main road, but still close to beach, bars and night market.

Noisy room 501 which we moved from as no sleep because of noise within the room.moved to 301 much better.there was a leak in the room toilet which was never fixed.now,on checking out the hotel took 200bht out of the 1000bht deposit for some blood on the sheet from a cut toe by my partner.imagine if id billed them for my problems.really stupid mistake on the hotels part so I never tipped anyone at all on leaving, which I normally do.

Challenging to communicate with staff due to language barriers, but also because some won't pay attention to you because they are occupied sitting on their phone behind the counter. Lights in the room were weirdly placed, especially the buttons. Took me a while to find them as they were hidden behind the bed. Minibar did not work

Pool a bit of a box tick for search engines, too small to be much used.

Great location just past the busy end of the beach but 2 min walk to front and bhat bus route. Quiet Soi, laundry next door, spacious rooms with high quality finish, hot shower, pleasant staff. Good breakfast.

The location is flawless, its positioning is great as it is located in a central region, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The room is nice, clean, the bed very confortabile, friendly staff.

Pool out of order.. and had been before. Could hear the speaking and coughing from other rooms, baby crying etc. Sea view was very bad. Street is unwelcoming.

Could have been cleaned better. There is so much dirt/dust under the beds. TV should have more English options and Netflix. Need better towels. My roommates sheets had dried blood stains. Booking told me I was being upgraded to a "sea view" room...this hotel does NOT have any rooms with sea views, very disappointing! I specifically wanted a Seaview room to be able to watch fireworks on new years eve. Upon check in I realized I could not cancel because there were no hotels available, at a reasonable price in the area with seaviews therefore I was stuck with this hotel. Booking needs to confirm what hotels are marketing...not a happy customer 😡

The decor, water pressure and breakfast exceeded my expectations. Great location easy access to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Noise at night a humming intermittent could have been air conditioning unit somewhere in the building but could hear it

I had some female friends come by who told me the bathroom lighting was not good for putting on their makeup. I also didn't know that the Seacrest hotel had a pool, but it does except you can't use it. They said it was getting some maintenance done but that wasn't entirely true.

I should have booked here first. I originally booked an airbnb that presented itself as a clean, location was good, and you know have a working air conditioner, but at that location I found the air conditioner did not work the room was hot and dirty so we were miserable there and I had to find another place to stay so I found the Seacrest hotel. The Seacrest hotel was at a very decent location, not far from the beach, walking distance to the baht buses. Everything was close enough to where you could go wherever you wanted to go. Baht bus to Walking street Pattaya or Central Pattaya.

Window above the door lets light from the hallway into the room at night (wear an eye mask). It would be nice to have a luggage stand.

Nice big room and comfy bed on the 4th floor with balcony, see view in the distance, fast elevator. AC works great. Good shower and nice bathroom.
