Hotel should book near Pattaya beach city. All tourist spot is there This hotel is in jomtein beach far distance, expense in travelling.

No noise isolation. There is pub downstairs that was noisy on weekend. Couldn't sleep at all without earplugs Pillows bit too big and hard

Tried to charge an extra 200thb to book in early. room was available if I paid but if I didn't pay room wasn't ready. Eventually booked in early without paying but they tried it on - dishonest

The residence its right on the main road and Sounds proof it's a bit poor since you can hear the car very clearly.

Staff didn’t know how to talk in English faced lot of problems. was finding very difficult to communicate. 2. no one to help to take luggage to room while checking in and out guest had to do that which was horrible. 3. no water bottles where given in the stay had to keep on asking. 4. Ac where not working properly. after repeat complaints no one took action to sought out. all though was not great Experience

The decorations to the rooms are little tired and the aircon didn't work too well but the staff did their best to make sure it worked as well as it could. But for the price I was not too worried.

Cute little hotel which is about 10 to 15min from the beach. Very close to 7-eleven and lots of small café and bar. Very good value for money. Nice big room. Its about 10mins taxi ride south of Pattaya so its reasonably quiet.

the room is spacious for two people, there’s about everything you need within walking distance. There’s a massage shop, 7/11, night market and 10-15 min walk to the beach. Everyone was nice.

Can be a little loud if you have a room on the street. The restaurant is very good but a little pricey. Especially compared to the other restaurants nearby.

I really like this location in Jomtien. A 12-minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Plus the best massage parlor I've used in Thailand is near the hotel. Also there is a 7-Eleven is next door. You can't be the price. Plus the staff was very nice.

I can't say that there is anything in particular wrong at Seabreeze R., or that there is not the inclination of staff and property to rectify either immediately or in a near future (f.i.new TV sets, I was told); having said that, furniture are starting literally crumbling from the original very basic quality. As an example, when I requested a special pillow to suit my paining neck, the owner didn't hesitate a second sending me one from his residence. I appreciated the gesture as respect for the guest that goes beyond a commercial relation.

The neighborhood is incredible for its several options offer's of food shopping and eateries, a 24H modern laundry mat, etc.; that - together with the pleasant diversity of people around (families, retired farangs, peppy youths both imports &/or locals) - makes the area vibrant, one never feels alone there unless one wants. F.i., I had friendly conversations w a number of vendors. The beach is only 12 min walk, for the few (like me) w/o own conveyance. In the evening I was thrilled to buy n eat my dinner at the local (more_than)_street food market behind the sea front 7/11. My favorite were - to mention just 3, but that doesn't make justice to many others - the chicken pepper steak stall run by two teen siblings, the Miami stall (featured in Maps) with irresistible sea food omelettes, and one particular stall run by a young lady selling the tastiest and most refreshing juices (pomegranate, orange, passion fruit) at better price than a similar stall.

The photos do not match the rooms, everything seemed old and used.

The location is very good, nice and quiet. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach, there are many restaurants and supermarkets close by. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very spacious room with a balcony, desk and sofa.
