Don’t go for the super deluxe rooms as are bigger but older than the normal deluxe.

Staff were amazing and managed to change the room we were on as we rather be in a deluxe ( smaller but newer ) instead of the super deluxe ( bigger but older ). They did all they could to make us have an amazing stay!

I cannot fault this hotel. It was perfect value for money. There can be tiny little lizards around the walls of general corridor areas and the cicadas were extremely noisy in the trees but it was part of the experience of Thailand and I would stay again.

This hotel is wonderful. The 2 swimming pools were perfect too cool off in. Having the bar to order drinks and snacks was great. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. The batteries in my tv remote were dead and they came up straight away and followed up with a phone call. It was one of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in the world. Nothing was an issue. The room was basic, but the fridge, tv and bed were perfect, along with the balcony and gorgeous views of the Sea. I would stay here again. Also only 3 minute walk to beach.

The shower handle does not hold the shower head in place. You have to climb a few sets of stairs before reaching the elevator, so it might be best for parents to park their baby strollers in the lobby.

The hospitality of the staff was excellent. During check-in, we were served cold refreshments, ice cream, and cold towels. They upgraded our room to their executive suite with an ocean view, which was very kind of them. The room, toilet, towels and bed linens were very clean. The location was within walking distance of Kata Beach, restaurants, pharmacies, mini-marts, and shops. Definitely exceeded our expectations and was great value for money.

Only thing that marked it down was that there was a limited amount of sunbeds so you had to reserve a spot on pool days. And our room wasn't cleaned everyday, but that wasn't a huge issue!

Beautiful hotel at an ideal spot in Kata - a short walk from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops, but not noisy. We arrived late and we were welcomed with drinks and fruit in the room. Staff were amazing, room was fantastic, pool was lovely and breakfast had plenty of options.

A relaxing evening bar area with soft chairs, sofas would have enhanced our stay and encouraged us to meet our group for an evening drink before heading out. We loved the two pool areas however, not entirely relaxing as children and toddlers were allowed in both pools making them noisy, ball throwing and ‘jumping in’ splashing is all, which was a shame. As there is a large lower pool, with basketball net and a seperate toddlers pool these could be for families, allowing the upper pool as an adult only swimming/ relaxing, quieter area. Some vegetarian sausages at breakfast would have been nice as only meat options were available.

Balcony furniture a little uncomfortable, but I solved this by bringing the chair in our room to the balcony.

Lovely hotel situated 5 mins walk from Kata beach. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you, always checking everything is OK. We had one or two minor issues that were dealt with quickly and efficiently and was given a lovely bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The breakfast was nice with a good choice of hot/cold dishes plus egg station and was open 6-11am which is great. Both pools were really nice to relax in and we always managed to find sunbeds. We would definitely stay here again.

The noise from the other guests. We called reception and they took care of that for us. But it was a recurrent event. They should enforce no noise policy more, because the other guests don't do it on their own. The breakfast is really poor, basics only. The bread and croissants are not good. The omelets and fruit were ok.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us what we asked, a easy acess room in the ground floor, little stairs. We were very happy with that. The food at dinner is very good, really deserves a shot.

In the room: the extra bed (my daughter used) was not OK, but the main bed was as big - as for 4 people))); in the bathroom, all the doors were transparent - it's very uncomfortable for everyone!!

The room service was very good! Good 2 pools with trees around, very good breakfast, kind staff. It was very nice that as a compliment we were given a plate of fruit!

Pretty noisy as the property is a bit outdated. There is gap on the door and the windows can’t be shut completely.
