We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South KoreaBathroom had more or less untidy look (seams and all the small crevises looked dirty) and the toilet seat (cover and seating part) was detached from the bowl itself = broken. The hotel apparently uses quite strong bleach since unfortunately after one night my wife got an allergic reaction from the sheets. She had to sleep with some clothes on and on her own towel to avoid further irritation on her skin. This is the first time that this has happened to her and by investigating it was definitely the sheets. This is just a heads up for those with sensitive skin.
The price was affordable and the reception was very helpful. The pool was nice and the yard was rather calm. The breakfast was good and the eating facilities worked well also as a lounge in the evening. The place was located right next to the main road but was placed well enough to block almost all traffic sounds. Also washing our clothes worked well. The hotel provided water and a new toilet paper roll every day.

ChileAdministration needs to be more organised. Didn't get any answer to my messages through Booking and at the end I didn't get picked up by the pier as it was offered. Also my laundry was lost for 2 days. Not much quality at the restaurant.
Spacious and comfortable room with a big bathroom and a nice private terrace. It was good to have the garden with 🌴 🌴 around the pool to chill. Quiet Air conditioning and lighting in the room was much appreciated.

Cozy nice room, very comfortable, view is not much at first sight but very special in it's own way :) Located right at the center of Sairee beach which was very comfy for a few days without scooter, at the same time away from the business, very quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

FinlandSuprisingly the hotel has used the debit side of VISA card when check-in. Cleaning two times in 18 days is not enough. At least some minor ones like floor cleaning etc. Looked at the hotel had too few towels available. The ground floor and one flower pot full of water nearby caused mosquitos, the terace was ussble during evenings and nights which was a pity.
A nice hotel anyway, good value for money. Good for shorter stays.

United KingdomVery neglected property, door was a nightmare to lock and unlock, hideous garden view of weeds, air con was good but left a puddle in night, and bathroom was not great with a black dirty shower head that was chest height. We’ve stayed in beautiful places for excellent price, unfortunately this was the most expensive one and by far the most disappointing.

QatarOutdated room, old matters and linen, and general the room were not cleaned properly low water pressure , and bad smell on the bathroom and trace of fungal at edge of the sink, no electric plug near the bed and when I asked for power extension they told me you have to buy it yourself.

SpainI doubt this review will be published but I am critical and suggesting some steps that should be taken to improve the quality. What was wrong...no towels, no hot water, the pillows were so badly stained it was showing through the the pillow cases.No drinking glasses. Safe was broken, insect nest on the balcony, no clothes dryer despite all other rooms having them. Despite having the most expensive room, it was cleaned last we again had no clean towels. All the towels were grubby anyway.. Whilst things were put right after we mentioned them, It SHOULDN'T BE LIKE THIS. You need to train the people who prepare the rooms and maybe provide a check list they can use to make sure things are ready for new guests.The manager should be be checking that the lists have been completed accurately. This ensures repeatable quality which is what I expect paying the rates for the best rooms. You can do better. You have the potential to be a good hotel in a good location
There was a nice plate of fruit in our room and to be picked up from the ferry was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

IrelandI basically had to choose between a room with mould and sewage smell and a room were I saw insects in it. The first room assigned to me was just impossible to breathe in it - it was downstairs and the furniture was so old and mould smell super strong.. I asked to change rooms and they showed me another downstairs room - same story! Then they brought me upstairs and showed me 2 other rooms that had little insects in it. I finally stayed in another upstairs room, this was a bit better but still old furniture, dark, extremely noisy air con! Very basic breakfast and pool area.
Location - is close to restaurants and lots of bars. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
