We can't fault anything - the place is a bit dated so if you're after something new you'd have to book something more modern. But the value for money here was great!

The location was great - right near the train station and within walking distance of restaurants the pier and the bazaar. The addition of the balcony was great, working TV, a good bed, and a good-sized room.

Really wanted a hot water kettle to make tea / coffee in room. We bought our own for 170 baht and left it after our 3 week stay. The WiFi was really bad but I don’t rate that as overly important for me as I use my phone data.

Location was great. Around the corner from the night market and from the 15 baht green bus service. Rooms basic but clean. Aircon great. Shower pressure and heat good. Room house staff lovely.

Seemed kind of soulless, anybody in passing acted afraid of contact ,simple hello met with silence ,,no coffee in room.

WiFi was a challenge, but after some time I learned to handle it. I would have appreciated some information about food options already on check-in. It took me 2 days to learn that very good American breakfast is available + many other delicious dishes.

Very good location in city centre on a quiet side street, easy access to many shops and restaurants. Spacy room with nice balcony oriented to small garden. Smiling and helpfull staff. I stayed there for 8 days and would like to come back.

It's a large somewhat older hotel, but kept in good condition. Don't expect something fancy or flashy. We had a room on the back which provided shade throughout the day. The frontside is sunny most of the day and probably gets hot. Beds were a bit narrow.

Spacious room, adquate bathroom, little balcony to sit outside. Daily cleaning of the room. Large open lobby with comfy seats and tables and chairs, dubbels as breakfast room. Clean swimming pool with resting beds. Breakfast available, which we didn't use, plenty of options outside. Parking space at the property. Centrally located, conly short walk to beach, restaurants and shops.

People placing towels on sunbeds at 7am to reserve their spot.-Really? Especially as these people then did not turn up for several hours.

Location is close to train station, markets, night life, ocean and farang breakfast cafes. Pool was clean. Staff friendly and funny.
