I feel the staff doesn’t have to clean all the cups and dishes for us, this is a hostel so guests should do it ourselves.

This place is literally a 5-star hotel service at a hostel price, including fabulous breakfast and nice common area!

Only things I'd add are more hooks in the bathroom to hang things, and maybe a communal towel in the bathroom to wash your hands. Shower head had a little leak and the drain took a little while to clear, but minor issues. Maybe a shower curtain would also be really helpful as the floor got a bit wet.

This was an amazing hostel! Really clean, nice air conditioning, lots of leaflets of things to do. Like a new hotel! The best thing is how nice the staff were, free breakfast every day (choice of 3) and really high quality. They spent so much time advising me of things in the area and went above and beyond. They also have a car service which they can take you around, likely airport to and from, for around 150 baht, cheaper than the taxis/ubers. And it's like a really fancy mini van they have, with a logo on it. They can book tours for you that have the minibus pick you up from the front step. They went above and beyond booking me two of the tours for the elephant sanctuary and Chiang rai when it was last minute. Breakfast also starts at 7 30am but they made it for me at 6 50am both days I had the 7 15am starts for the package tours! they provide towels for every guest (for showers) too which is amazing. A lot of nice things in the area but a little far from the centre, but cheap enough to get a grab/taxi/uber 10/10 would recommend

Amazing hostel with the most hospitable and kind staff. They are really super friendly. The facility is quite new and just across from 7-11 and some good street food. The rooms and bed are comfortable, the bathroom and common areas are always clean. The breakfast in the morning is very delicious. Wi-Fi is the fastest speed I’ve experienced in all of Thailand. I don’t know how much better you can get. I can go on and on about how wonderful this place is. If you’re thinking about staying here, stop thinking and just book this place. You will be happy.

It’s quite different from other family owned hostels in Thailand. It’s more like an efficient modern enterprise. They offer you the super clean environment, quality breakfast, efficient service by hiring a lot of staffs to serve you. And the facilities, such as the bed, bathroom, coffee conner, even the water heater, tables are in very good quality. No doubt that the boss is very rich and generous.

I have lived and traveled in Thailand for more than 3 years. I have to say this is the best hostel I have ever stayed in Thailand, in all aspects. I like the design of the building. The facilities, especially the big tables and the sofa on the first floor are very comfortable. Everything is clean and well organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are doing their best to keep the hostel clean and make the guests feel comfortable, such as the coffee, water, tea, they even bought ice for me after I asked is there any ice.

This hotel is a newly opened hotel that has been open for less than a month. The hotel is so clean and nice.👍 Everything is new.😆 The bed and towels are completely new!👍 Above all, the staff here, Paritad, is so friendly.❤️ I plan to stay here only next time I come to Chiang Mai.👍👍👍 Thank you for providing such great service.❤️💕❤️💕❤️
