The location is far away from the center and restaurants. Breakfast could be better.

The room was really nice and big (especially the shower which is in a separate room which is rare is Asia!). The staff at the reception was amazing and always kindly helped us. Everything is really clean and comfortable.

We ended up not staying at the hotel we booked for, and were put in Maison de Chiang Rai instead. We were informed of this beforehand (although we forgot and turned up at the Courtyard), but it was a little disappointing to not stay where we had chosen. My omelette for breakfast could have been a little better, as it was uncooked in the centre. Everything else was great though!

The room was nicely decorated and clean, and the hotel had great communal areas and a pool too (although we didn't have time to use them). There was a great choice for breakfast, and the staff were all very courteous. The location is a little out of town, but nice and quiet, and cheap to get to via Grab.

As we arrived the place is beautiful and clean but the pool is very small so they move us to the other hotel “Maison Changrai”. Very beautiful place, very clean, the personal is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is amazing, definitely a place to come back again

Rooms have no windows, but you can still hear the street as it is quite loud. The hotel is 30 minutes walk from the city centre. Swimming pool is too small and shallow to swim in it.

The hotel is very clean and stylish. Breakfast was very nice, with fresh salad and fruit and a variety of desserts. There is free shuttle from the airport.

Pool was a bit small. Hotel isn’t listed on Grab, for some odd reason. The 500 baht deposit - payable only in cash - was unexpected. Please get heaters for the breakfast food (not all of it needs to be cold).

A bit far from the city centre.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with an immaculate front garden and dining area. The pool is a bit too small to be truly functional, but the rooms are lovely, the staff were fantastic, and if you get a room with a bath, it is quite an amazing place to relax in the evening. The trek into the main part of town is a bit arduous, but you can Grab anywhere for pennies in this part of Thailand, so it’s worth the visit.

Some ants in the room but probably because we were on the ground floor outside. Other than that it was super clean and the bathroom was excellent.

Really cute and stylish! We stayed with our family and the kids loved the pool, which was right outside our room so it was super convenient. Good breakfast (eggs, meat, coffee, thai sausage, cheese, etc). Would definitely stay again.

As my room was near the front of the hotel, I experienced some disturbance from car and bike noise from the street, which affected my sleep.

I had a pleasant stay at The Courtyard Chiangrai. The reception was amazing, providing a warm and welcoming experience. The room was great, well-maintained and comfortable.

The bed was horrible (room 1)!! Especially we had 1 night other room (room 6) and that bed was great.
