However I stayed in twin room whereas I don't very much like its layout that the toilet is near my bed!! I don't feel comfortable on sleeping!!! I would prefer shower was closed to my bed rather toilet. Otherwise they should be turn to opposite side. I don't know the other rooms have the same layout but hopefully not. Shall try next time!

The bed, a platform (I only see this is SE Asia) was too low to the floor and had an old mat around the border with dog eared corners that were a tripping hazard. Housekeeping should have notified management of this and had it removed. Made the room look cheap. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful during our interactions. The coffee shop produced great drinks but the two girls assigned there were constantly hiding in the back on their phones. Front desk was consistently efficient, every shift.

The breakfast was affordable but the dishes weren’t executed properly. It was apparent the cooks weren’t properly trained on the preparation of the Western dishes. One employee server was outstanding as she waited tables; friendly and efficient. The cashier was always scowling. Overall the dining room/kitchen was grossly overstaffed; a lot of employees standing around. The one dinner entree I requested was not available.

The lighting is too dim for my liking. Additionally, there is no dustbin in the bedroom, so we always have to go into the bathroom to dispose of rubbish. There were some mosquitoes in the room, as mentioned in previous reviews by other users, but it seems the hotel has not taken any action to address this issue. Lastly, the key chain is just too heavy.

The location is great, as I prefer not to stay in busy areas like the surrounding Lee Garden. The room size is good, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is very generous with providing drinking water and soft drinks.

Amazing hotel in hat yai. We only stated 1 night. The rooms were huge and very clean. They provided water, coffee and snacks. Staff were lovely. Excellent value for money. If we return to hat yai we would book this hotel.

The glass bathroom was a little too transparent. I had to hang towels on the glass screen while taking a shower.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an extra sitting room for us to have snack / meal times comfortably. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Water is not hot enough. Water pressure is low when turning the temperature to warm. Pressure is excellent when the water is cold but it's too cold to bathe in cold water.

The location is fantastic, near to all the food and shopping. Staff is very friendly, helpful, polite. Lots of parking spaces in front and at the back of the hotel. Love the free mini bar and snacks.
