Just a lovely Place, close to the Main street to be easily reachable by car, bike, bicycle etc. but still away from the noice and just a Little pradise. The rooms are very nicely designed and the staff is helpful, keeps it very tidy and friendly.

The Picture Book Guesthouse was a great find, tucked away from the main noise of the local street in a tranquil cul de sac. Relaxing landscaped garden to sit in, well appointed, simply decorated & furnished rooms . We chose a delicious breakfast of French toast, fruit & coffee. Staff helpful & polite. Excellent value for money.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. They were a bit hard on this mans body. :)

You are woken up in the morning by birdsong, the outdoor breakfast is great, the rooms have everything you need. And you help young people to learn something and build a livelihood. I can highly recommend the accommodation in Mae Sot. And the region is exciting, wild and deadly sad.

They have an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The location is also very good and quiet. I would certainly return. Very stylish and well decorated rooms. A big + is that it is also an charity / training centre.

great place, probably best guesthouse in Mae Sot (and so it is always booked) :) really great value for money and atmosphere, the staff is very kind, there is a good breakfast and the rooms are cozy. also feels less warm cause of green around

Fabulous accommodation. Friendly, helpful staff. Large rooms, pleasant outside garden area. Excellent value. Shane went that extra mile helping buy a bus ticket to Chiang Rai, and with motorcycle rental. 24 hour convenience supermarket very close. Tip if you pass the Lotus supermarket, and walk towards the traffic lights, turn left, there is a clutch of very good restaurants, one with music. Superb stay. Thank you.

Very nice and quiet resort, tastfully designed and decorated in a natural style. The place is run by cheerful young people from a Thai/Myanmar community project. Small resort but great place to be!

A quiet place with a beautiful garden, handmade decorations, friendly staff and good bicycles which guests can ride for free. The room was very clean, comfortable and eco-friendly, with a balcony overlooking the garden as well.

Due to technical problems (apparently a broken window) they could not provide me the room I had paid for. Nevertheless staff was very friendly and paid 100 Baht back. However I would have preferred the room on the 2nd floor with more privacy. WiFi was good, breakfast was tasty but not much. There is a cold and hot water machine at the reception where you can make tea or coffee if you want.

I would love it if they (and all hotels) switch to the glass water bottles instead of plastic. That’s the only constructive feedback I can think of, all was great.

Great little spot, so glad I stayed here. I love that they are affiliated with Youth connect. Staff was great! Place was gorgeous. Breakfast minimal but perfect for me (eggs to order, toast, fruit, coffee). Beds firm but comfy. Balcony was cute. Off the main road, a five minute walk to 7-11 and restaurants, 15 minute walk to the night market. Grab delivery found me as well. Highly recommended.
