Amazing location, views and food

There is a renovation work at room which is near our villa from our checkin date until checkout date!! This greatly affect our holiday mood and we cannot enjoy the sea view peacefully and quietly. We expect to stay at your villa for a relax time and the noise disturbs our stay and is a bit of waste for our trip to Phuket. We have emailed this issue to the resort, but there is NO any follow up action nor reply after one-week time. This is a bit disappointed.

Far from city Center but there is a nice market next to it.

Amazing… everything was just perfect and the staff were beyond welcoming. Haven’t seen such a good service like this before.

I'd say the only thing we would hope for on a future stay would be for breakfast not to end as early as it did, should we want a morning of sleeping in a bit later and still grab breakfast at the restaurant, but in-room breakfast could also be an option if going to the restaurant isn't a priority. :-)

The professionalism from the staff from the moment we got out of our transport, hospitable and helpful taking our luggage so we could check in. The smell as your walk into the reception, coupled with the ambiance created and welcome drink was really wonderful. Check-in with Jessie was fantastic, very courteous and patient as we orientated around the app which is set up for the stay and asking questions about the facilities. Ekkapong (Hakimi) was absolutely amazing, he was our first cart driver and we had many more trips with him, he is professional and very funny and engaging, really seeks to provide a great experience and share with us, very personable. The room was lovely, the bed so comfortable, lovely closet space, the complimentary water daily and daily little gift left in the room was such a lovely touch. The pool was lovely and a great temperature to cool down from the heat, just a couple of steps from the comfort of our room. The bathroom with a lovely sized bath and shower was great, along with views from the room with the ocean and nature easy on the eye. Breakfast was wonderful, such a variety of choices and spoils for the tummy early morning, juices, coffees, warm Thai meals to order and the buffet all complimentary with fruits, juices, coffees, various styles of eggs, breads, pan cakes, vegetables to name a few things. We tried there on-premises restaurant Param Para - some great dining, with very creative appetizers and a beautiful and probably one of the highlights of our trip In Thailand a Crab curry dish as an entree - it was really beyond what we'd expected, absolutely divine. The public infinity pools were great to relax closer to the beach area if we wished to dip our feet in the sand and sea.

the room was a bit worn down , like a rejuvenation of the furniture would be great the thai resturant was really expensive and not tasty the hotel is a bit overpriced not many facilities in the hotel

No changing rooms at the main pool, bar closes too early (8pm) and some of the staff members are not as helpful as others. The premises needs a make over in some of the units.

The villas are very spacious and beautiful, each unit has private pool. The view from the sea view villas is great and the staff very nice. Good live music almost every evening played at the restaurant.

it wasn't that clean. room was serviced everyday but not cleaned properly under the sofa in the outside area there was rubbish left from the previous people who had stayed there so the sofas were not moved out and cleaned under

The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel is in poor condition

We booked a room with an amazing view and that was very fan. The breakfast was good but at the last day we saw ants on the bread table. The stuff was very nice!

The aircon in the room didn’t have an auto function and was quite powerful for the space so it was either on (very cold and blowing) or off (hot and stuffy). We asked maintenance and this is just how they are. It’s a small thing but it was difficult to get a good night sleep and we both ended up with colds by the end of the week. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The cold water tap dispensed hot water (maybe it was the weather). One of the towels was stained. The outdoor furniture was quite dirty but quite naturally so because it’s outdoor.

Superb room with private pool! The bed and pillows were very comfortable!
