everytime we shower the water from the tub is all over the washroom

The rooms were not clean, marks on the walls, and our toilet had a problem with flushing from the moment we arrived. We did ask someone to come and look at it, but the problem continued our entire stay. The shower allowed water to flow onto the floor every time you showered, meaning the entire bathroom was wet both in the morning and evening. The staff were not the friendliest, compared to most places we have stayed they could have been friendlier. Breakfast was not great, in fact we only attended breakfast on the first day then chose to eat out instead, it was a very small selection and everything looked kind of dry and unpleasant. On arrival in the lobby there are parcels and packages everywhere, does not look particularly inviting, and house keeping started at 8am, so we were woken up 2 days out of the 4 by doors slamming, and on one day our own door being opened by someone else at 8:30am. Our door key stopped working half way through the trip, and we did not find the hotel particularly welcoming. Good for a cheap stay in Bangkok, or if are attending an event close by as we were.

The location is great, close to a food hall, many restaurants and massage parlours, easy to get to the the sky train from the hotel. It was comfortable enough for our stay,

breakfast a little limited but okay, the borrowed iron wasn't a steamer, the view of king power air-conditioning ducts and the constant hum, the stairs at the front entrance

The solid wood floors, the spacious room with sofa, the comfortable bed, the functional breakfast, the useful shops nearby, the two train stations in walking distance, the coin laundry on the ground floor, could borrow an iron, the price

Beds are a bit soft.

Breakfast is adequate for the price. Coffee great! The location is excellent for skytrain and small shopping centre has everything you need

Narrow road adjacent to hotel but hey this is Bangkok

Toilet door was not closing fully.

It is our favourite hotel in Bangkok, location is very good. Clean and maintained swimming pool and other facilities. Aesthetics of the common areas are superb. Staff were nice and available.

Bathroom did not have exhaust provision, A/C compressor exhaust in balcony was directed to a small window in the bathroom, thus causing the room to get heated up.

The property is very near to Victory Monument Station which will connect you to different locations of your choice either via BTS or MRT.

There is no bucket in the bathroom. Complementary half litre water is not sufficient for a person all day. At least the water should be free or normal drinking water should be available. Complementary Tea coffee should be available for all guests, it is not like one cup per day.

Hotel is a little tired and dated Air conditioning a little pants and noisy.

Location fantastic just around the corner from BTS and some great shopping locations. Hotel great for onward travel, keeping our bags until ~11 pm when we flew out Pool on the top floor was a bonus.

The beds were on wheels and would slide when you get on top. Also hard mattress without toppers. Overall the rooms were basic and the amenities were sub-par.

The rooftop pool and garden. Housekeeping staff were kind. Breakfast was decent for the price.

Looks very grand until you leave ground floor. Everything is aged and smells old. Towels are frayed, tatty and smelt strongly of prawn crackers (strange I know!). Furniture is old and all dark varnish. Rooms feel oppressive. (Really comfy bed though! Really comfy!)

Very comfortable beds. Pool area is nice and quiet. Rooms are clean with lots of storage space, the frontage is lovely. Location is good for outer suburb. Lots to do. Great authentic restaurant opposite that's super cheap. The lady making omelette at breakfast. Staff were great. Air con was good. Room facilities good but bathroom very old.

Lighting of room need to change to modern natural light. Pillow and bed not comfortable have to upgrade.

I choose this hotel coz of can stay for 5 persons in one room. And have pool at root top.

- Hotel is old, doors are creaky, air-con didn't work well - Bathroom are old, rusty faucets, there are only shampoo gel (bad type), no washing gel - There are no hook in the bathroom for clothes and towels - Towels are damp - Bad noise, my parents can't sleep because they can hear other guests talking from outside

- The location is great, near the Victory MRT - Plenty of coffee around - The valet staffs are helpful and nice - I rented family room (2 beds for 3 persons), spacious
