The construction around the pool area was loud at times but this will end around 3/11/24. Bed was comfortable but a bit on the firm side.

Great staff and immaculately clean! Made to order breakfast was first rate and the staff was phenomenal. The pool was very refreshing in the heat. Rooms were well appointed and the whole place was quiet with a nice zen vibe.

The hotel and its rooms are beautifully decorated, also the restaurant (breakfast room). The hotel also has a large library room and a well maintained swimming pool. The location is close to the city center, yet rather calm. The breakfast offers a choice between various western and Thai meals. The choice has to be made the evening before; this has the benefit to reduce food waste - we liked this idea a lot.

The suite was possibly the nicest hotel room we have stayed in. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the centre of the old town. There was parking for our hire car and a pool to cool off in.... what's not to like?

This was a beautiful property in the heart of Chang Mai. It had a guard so it felt very safe. The breakfast that was included was delicious. I couldn’t get over how gorgeous the rooms, breakfast room, and entire property were. The staff was incredible. So sweet and helpful. They had umbrellas for the rain which cam in handy. We paid to send our laundry out for next day service which was really helpful. I HIGHLY recommend.

Didn’t like having to pre-order breakfast and set our time for eating the night before. Everything else was perfect though.

This is a beautiful hotel set in the middle of Chiang Mai old town and within easy walking distance of all old town sights. It is an oasis of calm, with stunning decor and beautiful furnishings. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a good size balcony. Breakfast was high quality and the staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Tranquility of the place. You can enjoy the complete quietness, unexpectedly in the middle of the city centre. The hotel is a no frills sort, no dinner business and no bar. This makes the place very peaceful. The word 'spotless' comes in perspective if you stay here. Every corner is cleaned very meticulously. This will be our go-to in chiang mai.

Bit of wildlife noise at night, but that's part and parcel of being in a tropical region.

Upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival was an excellent way to start my holiday. Staff provided exceptional customer service. Breakfast was superb! Facilities, the hotel, and my suite were cleaned to an exceptionally high standard.
