all staff are very helpful, super nice. We all feel very relax during our stay . we have one room face street, cannot get sleep because of noises, the staff buy earplugs for all of us swim pool is beautiful, garden is fantastic. BBQ in garden is so good, but taste soso But there is too many ants in the room and garden, also a lots of flying insects

There is nothing I did not like.

The location and the hotel surroundings were beautiful,the staff were wonderful ,so helpful ,and so polite.The food was beautiful ,and the breakfast was wonderful, especially the spinach smoothie bowl.The room had a beautiful character,the gym was perfect .There were 2 free shuttle buses ,into town every day ,maybe the hotel might be too isolated for some people ,for me it was perfect ,the town is only 10 minutes by taxi

The bedrooms are in an older traditional style decor typically Thai and very with wooden floors which if renovated would loose their charm, but the bathrooms really could do with modernising and a refurb, that said despite being old the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. I would say though that there is no where to place any cosmetics or products near or next to your sink which is a little inconvenient. Other negative is mosquitos. I tend to be quite the magnet for mosquitoes anyways and they really did feast on me here, but I guess thats the price we pay for the lush gardens.

This is a truly beautiful property which in my opinion is totally underselling itself and I don’t believe they know themselves how good it is. It is an absolute haven and so peaceful and relaxing. The staff are so very sweet and helpful and one of the things that I loved most was the good old fashioned service and attentiveness of the staff. They really couldn’t do enough for you and would check in with you daily as you pass reception asking if you are happy, what your plans are for the day and if they can help in anyway. At no point did this seem forced and it was all very natural and really made us feel that they genuinely do care. The pool and gardens are just so beautiful and breathtaking, an absolute haven. The pool is so much bigger than I had expected based on the photos and we were always able to get sun loungers when we wanted. The hotel also offers lots of additional really nice services such as canoeing or fishing on the river free of charge. They have access to lots of books, board ganes and dvd’s again all free. For a small fee we were able to release Chinese lanterns into the night sky with our children which was just magical. They offer in room massages from a professional masseuse at no more expensive than out in town. The food was absolutely delicious! The menu for lunch and dinner is so good, some of the best we have tasted and we have travelled Thailand a lot on multiple occasions! Takes a little longer to arrive but it has all been beautifully cooked to order with lovely fresh ingredients and quite frankly when you are sat in the lush gardens with such a beautiful view there really is no rush. Breakfast is also excellent, a great set up of around 8 dishes to choose from (reserving your choice the night beforehand) served alongside fresh fruit and as much tea, coffee and toast with butter and jam as you desire.

A magnificent Villa, I would definitely return to this dream place, the garden and the pool are wonderful, the charming and attentive staff at all times, they have helped us in everything we needed and they even booked us and organized an activity for the next day with pick-up from the hotel. In the room nothing is missing, very cozy, and the balcony is well equipped, you have the possibility to have breakfast in it or in the garden. They have free bicycles and kayaks to walk alon the river that is right in front of the garden and pool. The villa is not far from the center, only 15 minutes in grab (about 100 bat) and 2 minutes walk from the villa there is a 7eleven, pharmacy and other services. Everything in general is a paradise, if you like to be in the countryside, don't hesitate for a second!

We had some doubts about the room selection of some ‘partying guests’, this was a major disturbance for us, and the restaurant could not meet our standards, unfortunately we were not fully satisfied with the food selection.

We spent a full week in the resort and felt very welcome. From the friendliness of the staff and welcoming warm atmosphere to the cleanliness and services they offered, everything was well organized. We also appreciated that there was a free shuttle service to the city twice a day and that we could make use of the free bicycles! Great!

The bathrooms have flimsy sliding doors that are more like sliding partitions. Be sure you have mosquito repellant for late afternoon and evening if sitting out. It’s the price you pay for this beautiful environment.

Such a peaceful and beautiful setting. The space was big and open! The way that the property was lit at night was beautiful. I felt like little fairies should be dancing in the air plants that were lit as well as the beautiful gardens and refreshing pool. A 10 min walk to a market. The staff was amazing!! They took care of us as if we were the only guests. The grounds and the hotel are very clean with good AC. Just a beautiful place to stay and relax.

It's a lovely place. We had the best time. The staff is helpful and friendly. Even though it's far from the city center, it's the perfect place to relax. They offer free shuttle to the city twice a day. The surroundings are also good, with bars, restaurants and shops.

Everything was great, beyond our expectation. The hotel has an amazing pool, with great views of the river. There are many free activities which guests can avail including kayaking, fishing etc. The front desk staff is amazing and catered to all our queries.

Excellent welcome. Excellent facilities, tea and wet towel on arrival. DIY kitchen facilities a fantastic idea. Great coffee machine for use all hours. Pool and garden is great! Books and games for communal use. Use of shuttle was great also!

This place is such a nice place to relax. All the staff members were super nice. Friendly and helpful. You have a kayak to go in the little river by the side. The pool area was beautiful and the room was amazing.

If there is anything not so great to say is about the room. Not bad at all, but no windows in our room, so not the coziest places to be.

It was one of our favorite stays in all of Thailand. Beautiful villa a few minutes driving from the center of Chiang Mai, along the river. Very peaceful, beautiful, with the kindest staff, facilities, services, breakfast, dinner, everything 5 stars.
