Poor breakfast Weak wiring. We plugged in the phone charger, and it blew the fuse. Unpleasant smell of an old hotel. It doesn't live up to its claimed four-star rating. One bed was broken

Communication around the pick up from the airport with the driver from the hotel could have been smoother. I'm not sure if we missed an email or something- I think we did. In any case, after a tiny bit of frustration it was overcome and not truly a problem. The driver was exactly on time the next morning and we got to the hotel and back to the airport without incident.

Booking online was very easy and the pictures reflect what we experienced. There was a little snag over the driver picking us up from the airport because it was a little hard to find where to go. That was overcome with the help of the staff at the hotel. The driver picked us up promptly the next morning and we ended up back to the airport with lots of time to spare. The area around has several locations to walk a couple blocks to get authentic Turkish street food that was delicious. The hotel's breakfast in the morning was outstanding- a traditional Turkish breakfast that had us completely satisfied and then some. All in all, we truly enjoyed our very short stay as we had only a 20 hour layover in Istanbul.

Hotel is a bit dated when you consider some of the comments. Public area carpet edges lifting (nut not a show-stopper), Room: The room that we were in needs hooks or rails in the bathroom(s) to hold clothing and towels when showering/bathing. No light switches beside the beds, so we had to switch lights off, and then get back to the bed in the dark (again, not a show-stopper, especially as we always carry flashlights on our trips).

Check-in was nice and east (it helped to do the booking through Booking.com). Room was clean and spacious. Two beds in the room, so one got used as the suitcase stand as we repacked for our trip home the next day. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Front desk directed us to a good restaurant about 10 minutes walk. Internet (WiFi) was properly secure and had a good signal strength and throughput.

i liked in this hotel really big space in room. Room really huge, good beds. Most nearest hotel to metro in this area. Close to the Airport IST. I advise this hotel. Good price for this quality.

Near istambul new airport. Perfect hotel is you want to be near the airport but dont feel isolated or in the middle of nowhere. U can take bus H6 from the airport and price is less than 1€. A lot of shops, restaurants, bakeries in the area Metro / tram near by so u can go to the city. Comfy beds

We were a bit disturbed by the noise from outside. A beeping sound that disturbed our sleep. Only cold water was running. So you need to be a bit resilient.

The accommodation was very comfortable, the staff was accommodating and relaxed. They accommodated us with breakfast and slightly adjusted the timing for our early departure. The breakfast was excellent and abundant. Smiling and kind service.

Good price simple hotel with english speaking and very resposive staff if you need to spend the night not far from Istanbul airport. They also aranged private transfer from/to airport for us. There are lots of places to eat, supermarket and other shops on the same street. Room was big, towels were clean, shower gel and shampoo avialable in the room.

The breakfast experience was delightful, offering a uniform selection for all guests which was served promptly. The staff were exceptionally courteous, taking extra care to provide detailed explanations as needed. Given the price, I believe this hotel offers unparalleled value. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the area.

There is indeed a leaking pipe in the bathroom that needs fixing, however, the bathtub serves as an alternative.

The breakfast was incredible! Although it was served by a staff member and not a buffet it had everything to keep you full for hours.
