The fact that the shopping centre in the resort was charging silly money for absolutely everything nearly 200% markup on everything

The resort was amazing, everyone was really friendly and helpful. There were so many restaurants to choose from and the food was delicious every day. We had young children with us and there was plenty to do from parks to swimming pools to kids activities there was something for everyone. We loved every moment and would definitely go back. Even with a wide variety the buffet food starts to get repetitive. There was only one tennis court and it can get difficult to get a slot if there are more people interested in playing. If you play actively, I suggest that you also bring your own gear.

There were plenty of staff and they were very helpful (or tried to be if they didn't understand English). The property seemed well maintained and all the areas were kept very clean. Lots of fun activities especially for children (multiple pools with waterslides, kids club etc). Starbucks at the hotel was a nice addition, even though it did get very busy at certain times.

I do wish supper was offered earlier then 630 pm for families with young children and earlier lunch option for 1130!

The family friendly ammenities and set up were perfect! Our kids particularly loved being able to go back and forth between kids club and the waterslides which were steps away. A special thank you to Melisa who welcomed our children and made them excited to go back each day. The club had all day activities from crafts, football, cinema, yoga, dancing, you name it. To make it even better, a kids snack bar was right in the middle. As parents we felt like we also had some quiet time to enjoy some unlimitted starbucks, have a drink or just read while the kids were in kids club. The food was also very fresh, varied and had a feeling like it was made by Grandma in the kitchen.

I must acknowledge that the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff ensured that the premises were well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The hotel staff to was extremely supportive and responsive. The facilities were also impressive. From well-equipped fitness centers to recreational areas, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to various interests. Additionally, the availability of daily activities provided ample opportunities for guests to engage and make the most of their stay. One aspect that I cannot overlook is the food. The gastronomical experience at buffet surpassed my expectations. The diverse and delicious menu offerings were truly a delight to the taste buds.

There is not much on the negative side, but for me personally the food in the main restaurant was not that great, I mean the variety is crazy, there is meat, fish, pasta, salads soups and many more, but I can say that for my personal taste only like 20% was good, which by the way is more then enough in this case, I was never hungry. Few examples: The meat and the fish were always dry, I guess some people might like it that way but for me it's just too dry. The deserts were tasteless in most cases, again the variety is crazy, so you need to find the good 1-2 out of the 100 options. There was a sushi theme one evening which is great, problem is the sushi was really bad, the quality was really low. Another point is cleaning, the room was clean in general but you can see that the maid only cleaned the floor in the visible parts. I think that it's vital to clean also the non visible parts of the room like under the bed or around it at least from time to time.

Great hotel, great facilities, adults and kids had a great time. The hotel is big and there are many activities, pools etc... so even when the hotel was fully booked (during our stay), we didn't feel that it was over crowded, we even found ourselves alone in the indoor pool, and in addition there is no queue for the slides, so this is great for the kids (the kid was sliding the hall day!). Not sure about the location we never left the hotel, so the location was not an issue for me anyway. On the very positive side: The hotel in general, pools, slides, activities and entertainment (kids and adults), bars, kids club, rooms and service - top level service starting from reception and everywhere you go. Special thanks to Ali from the main building bar, really nice person and makes great cocktails, in addition he is a great example for the top level service in this hotel.

The bed is uncomfortable, mattress covered by non-breathable protective sheet. Loud music in the evening (unless you close the windows). Not easy to find shade near the pools. Nothing interesting to visit outside of the hotel. The sea water is not so clear and not so pleasant.

The place is well maintained and has plenty of facilities and activities (in-water and ground) to offer for both adults and kids. Staff is super-friendly and service-oriented, speask mostly Russian, less English. Huge choice of food, you'll find dishes to your taste, but it doesn't vary much day-to-day.

The room can be slightly noisy at times when other customers come back late or when their children make noise. But overall, we slept like babies thanks to the incredibly comfortable king-size bed

a huge variety of food but not always its taste met expectations, I would say not bad but not excellent.

Excellent hotel, very beautiful and well maintained, responsive and smiling staff who are ready to help on any issue. During the day there are various entertainments and in the evening every day there are exciting shows on the big stage. Huge selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Water slides brought great pleasure to both children and adults.

Saw a member of staff telling children to go away from the bar at the pool because they were speaking Russian. First of all, they are children. Secondly, that situation was in sharp contrast to what the whole of the hotel is trying to achieve - friendliness, hospitality and lovely time for ALL. That was the only thing that marred the stay.

The food was exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming facilities are for all tastes and abilities. It was nice to watch how people working at the hotel take pride in what they do. The Turkish day at the restaurant for dinner was a delight! Thank you.

Very loud music at night which can be heard especially in the rooms facing the main swimming pool. The volume can also be reduced for all entertainment activities during the day as it is too loud. Entertainment programs in the evening should also be adjusted for families with children as some shows are not appropriate for children's age. It would be good to have more family oriented entertainment which children can also enjoy.

Everything was perfect except the room cleanness.

We liked the Panorama restaurant. The food there was delicious with a variety of dishes. Special thanks to the waitor, Mehmet who was so kind and supportive. I really loved the special birthday surprise that they provided to my wife. Our children also liked the swimming pool, the ice cream at the pool and the wet activities. The pool was clean and safe for kids. We will definitely come back.
