Small rooms, and it doesn’t worth for money.

The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Specially Ozcan in reception and The best waiter I have ever seen in my life was Amerhan . He was really polite and professional in his job and helpful. I really appreciate his manner. Cleaner staffs were very good as well.

There is very loud music everyday between 9 pm. until midnight. If you like it quiet, this is not the right place.

The meals are good, especially liked the vegetable meal choices and staff is very helpful. Though the hotel was full, there was no problem.

I have specifically booked 2 comfort rooms with the sea view as stated on Booking.com and paid a higher price compared to a standard room. However, on arrival, we've been given 2 rooms which were far from the comfort rooms stated on the website, tiny and very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it wasn't very straight forward sorting this out with the reception staff who told us that they don't have rooms with the Sea View (which they have!) and it was a mistake on Booking.com. Trust me, this is not what you want to hear after a long journey and having paid a premium price! We ended up waiting for someone to checkout the next day and getting our spacious room with the Sea View! A man on the reception who worked during the day wasn't very nice or welcoming. Another thing I didn't like is the amount if flies sitting on the food in the restaurant! I've been to Turkey before, but seeing 5 flies sitting on a slice if cake, salads and other food was a shock. I have to say that I didn't eat much from their as it is VERY limited menu. You've got to sort this out guys! There is also a currency conversion charge no matter how you pay for the rooms, in the hotel or via Booking.com.👎

Brilliant location right on the beach. Close to many shops. Very airy and spacious hotel. It is not a European 4 Star hotel, food is maximum 3 star if so! Nevertheless we had a very relaxing holiday! 😎 Hammam on a 1st ir a 2nd day of arrival is a MUST! It will be beneficial for a long lasting sun tan! Also, loved a course of full body massage, absolutely worth it! 👌

- Poor service. We were settled in a small room, but solved the problem with the reception staff. The doorman didn't leave the room until we gave him a tip. We didn`t have any small bills except 10 lire. When we gave them to him, he laughed and asked again. It`s offensive - Cleaning was every day at 3-4 pm, it was very inconvenient. - Loud discos until 12 a.m.

It would be nice to increase the list of free alcoholic drinks and cocktails. It would be nice to have a shuttle service for guests to the airport.

When I wanted to pay for the hotel, although I gave the US dollars that were put into circulation in 2006, the accounting department did not accept them, saying that they were old dollars. So I had to pay by credit card. What I liked most about the hotel was the staff. In particular, the attitude of Ferhat Buluc, Yahya Kendirci, Mrs. Mina in the restaurant was very nice. The hotel provides normal service for the money paid. It would be unfair to expect more from a 4-star hotel. The hotel is in the center of the city, you can go everywhere on foot. The hotel has a private beach, the sea is very clean, but the seashore and interior are made of stone, not sand. Bar Barossa was the most fun part of the hotel for me. I also liked Ilhan the bartender. He is a funny person. The hotel management should give more value to the staff. Personally, if I ever come to this hotel, I will come because of the staff.

Music was too loud for too long into the night. You couldn’t escape the noise anywhere in the hotel, and regularly nobody was even dancing.

Quality of food was not very good. We booked a room with view on mountains, but got a room with view on the street with trash bins of Subways. There was no entertainment in the hotel. Once on a weekend there was a Turkish night, it was nice. But it was a bit boring on daily basis, comparing to other hotels

Location of the hotel, beach line and sea, I think it's the best out of all hotels in a line, stuff was also friendly and nice, helpful. Many thanks to the stuff of Café, Barbarossa bar and chefs at snaks bar. Towels were changed every day and room itself was good enough

Staff (the two Turkish guys - Mustafa and especially his manager who wasn’t hospitable and approachable at all!) Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name… starts with Ya… Moreover, the cleaner left our room open twice after cleaning while we were absent. She should have checked it properly since we had some valued stuff inside! The only thanks to catering staff who did their job properly and were quite friendly with us.

Low noise isolation in rooms, very loud music until the midnight from the bar outside could disturb people which wants to rest in the room.

High cleanliness standards are great to see. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. With great bar and restaurant, food was great. Beach was very clean.
