Uncomfortable bed

The owner and his family were very lovely (including their 3 month old puppy I cuddled lots!). Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. Property was close proximity to thermal pools and main town area (less than 5 minute walk)

Great location. Got he local bus up the hill to Hierapolis then walked down to cleopatras pool, travertine’s, then short walk back home to hotel. Nice pool. Responsive host. Easy to deal with and has excellent English.

The room was adequate and the staff was nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the pool was amazing! The Pamukkale hot springs are well within walking distance. They can even set up excursions for you as well.

We've been there on march, the A/C was not so good for heating, was noisy. The entrance door had a big gap.

The water from the shower is either too hot or too cold. The pillows are too big, the bed was ok.

The breakfast was simple but good! People working there were very kind and welcoming.

The pool was empty when I was there which was disappointing and something to check in advance if you would like to use the pool. There was also no hot water when showering.

Kan was very friendly. The room was nice and the AC worked well. Its less than 10 minutes from the restaurants and the travertines.

The advertised balcony wasn't there (many other rooms do have a balcony with furniture, but not mine). The proportion between the absolutely enormous bathroom and the more modest size of the room was a bit strange. Had the size of the room been prioritized more, there would have been room for a desk or even a small table!

All in all quite a comfortable room with a decent bed, nice bathroom, AC, good wifi, fridge, even a great armchair!

Nice little hotel in a quiet area. It’s about 7 mins walk to the start of Pamukalle pools. Good value for money. My hotel room was comfy, spacious and clean! The staff was very helpful too. Easy to find a bus to the city center.

This is actually a village guest house, "reception" Is just a stand where the owner meets you; staircase and room entrance are from the outside, the place needs renovation and making some order on the territory; the swimming pool is ok though also shabby and the stair was not firmly fixed, be careful. No TV in a room (mentioned in description) The place is a bit away from main street. I asked for laundry but the clothes didn't seem properly washed and fresh (spots, smells); the owner confirmed it was washed and might be some problems with washing machine/powder. They didn't charge for that but the issue was upsetting as I needed clean clothes. I also had to wait for ab 40mins to have breakfast though came by 8.30 (start at 8); I was on tight schedule and delay was also annoying.

At check in they helped to bring up my bag (no lift), I could also keep my baggage till my leaving in the evening, also they opened the room for WC in the evening, I could also change my clothes there Room was basic but ok, condintioner, WiFi, towels Breakfast was ok, typical Turkish. Instant coffee, tea. For a night it's ok but for longer time I'd choose another variant

Walking from everything in Pamukkale , I could see the baloons in the sky from my window. The staff made good recommendations to us.

The staff can be slightly annoying, as they constantly try to sell you tours and guided visits of Pamukkale and Cappadocia.

The hotel looks brand new, as it's been recently refurbished. The host is very friendly and welcoming.

I loved that it was super laid back and clean, Ismail is a brilliant host, nothing was too much trouble and he helped me with everything I needed. The place is spotlessly clean, which was just amazing after some of the places I had stayed before. It is a great place to relax and the location is perfect for exploring Pamukkale, everything is within walking distance.

Early in the morning neighbors were too loud.

5 minutes to Pamukkale. Comfortable room, though pretty old. We had some super old couch in the room ) Pleasant manager told us a lot about the Pamukkale and ancient cities around. Beautiful view )

Sink-water pressure very poor
