Comparatively poor breakfast. There's are some disco bars nearby, so it was really noisy till late in the night because of the music.

Perfect location to the beach and local bars/restaurant. The room was clean, smart, modern and comfortable. A small hotel but that was what I was looking for, also felt very safe which was good being a solo traveller.

The staff need to work on their customer service skills and they failed to go the extra mile. Staff should learn to smile more and introduce their names to guests. Sadly during my stay, there was an incident involving a Turkish couple which got violent on the hotel premises, and some staff members thought it was funny when I had escalated my concerns along with other guests. Overall it was handled very well.

Polite and charming staff. Adequate breakfast with different options. Excellent location and the two gentleman working the night/morning shift were very helpful.

Breakfast could be better (more variety). Everything else was really nice and met our expectations.

Beautiful, modern hotel, close to the beach, we were staying there for 3 nights with my wife. Bed was very comfortable, view was partly to the sea, bathroom was big enough for us, wifi was good, the air-conditioned room was perfect. The pool was great as well. It is in the lively city of Marmaris but the hotel itself was not noisy, we had a great stay there.

Way to close to noisy bars and not very good sound isolation from the balcony window. Very hard to sleep before 12:30am. If your going to thoes bars then that's probally a plus for you but it wasn't for us.

Bed wasn't much comfortable, I could feel some pieces stabbing me laying and we get only thin blanket to cover, been told as it's standard room we couldn't have anything else. Last day cleaning I didn't receive fresh towels, my partner did. We didn't get also new toilet roll (old one run out few hours later) and new soap. Breakfast wasn't perfect too, cold food at 9/9.30 (breakfast till 10am) and dining area was bit too small for amount of people because we had to sit few times by the table with other people.

Location was really good, hotel it is obvious is quite new because everything was nice and clean. Sea View from balcony really nice. Staff on the reception was friendly and helpful.

Majority of the staff didn’t speak/understand much English. We texted the hotel when we were making the reservation to ask if we can swap the airport pick up service that was included for a drop off, but they didn’t even understand what we meant by that and we didn’t get that service at all at the end. Also, the staff on site were not very welcoming or understanding when we asked for a slight late checkout (due to very late flight). Not only they didn’t allow us to stay just 30-60 mins extra (even when we offered to pay) but also called our room exactly at 12pm for checkout to rush us when we were just going out of the room!

Good location, room was clean but small. Balcony was nice and the pool view (which we paid for) was also a nice bonus. The pool facilities were very good but would have liked if it was opened past 6pm. The breakfast was ok, but not too much options.

Sound isolation is really bad. Even you can hear the conversation going on in next room. Also because of we stayed up n first floor next to elevator and stairs to reception and restaurant area it was so loud. And House keeping does not work properly

Location is good 100 metres away from beach. Rooms are modern and air conditioning works well.
