Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location. Staff is exceptional especially Yalcin, Burhan, and Umut. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathroom needs renovation especially the ones with a bathtub. Close to everything. It is on a major street so some street noise is expected, however, it is on a walking distance to Metrocity, Ozdilek and Kanyon malls. Lots of options for restaurants at Levent district which is also walking distance. Did not eat at the hotel and did not use pool/spa services. Overall, very good value for the money. Recommended.

Spainthe cleanliness was not ok, the bathroom smelled of mould and had mould all around the bathtub. In my room there was a random wet spot on the carpet and there was dust on the shelves in the dresser. The mould bothered me the most as you would smell it and feel it entering your nose with every shower. The Wifi quality was also unstable, i could not get work done with the hotel's wifi although the signal was full, I had to use my mobile hotspot.

QatarFor me honestly there was nothing i did not like.
The breakfast selection was very nice, the jams, bread, cheeses, fruits are always fresh, hot food selection had a good variety, and the tea and coffee both tasted good, they also had options of lactose free, almond, and soy mil which was great. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious, there was a lot of natural light coming from the windows because each room had 3 windows which was wonderful. another was that the bed size was excellent nice and big and was quite comfortable. the room service was 24 hours which was excellent. their menu selection was very nice as well, the food was great i tried their mushroom soup, and caesar salad it was really good and fulfilling.
