- archery is missing (tere was a vacuum one but that looked more like a kids activity - animation team could have been more proactive at engaging people to participate more in various sports and competitions - telegram or viber integration would be useful. Currently only whatsApp is supported for comms

There is very little option for vegetarian Indians .after spending so much you are just not getting anything to eat especially when you are on a vacation in such an expensive resort. Should keep one Indian chef highly recommend. Also the bar tenders other than reception are not so trained

During our stay, the kids club was under repair, so it was moved to another room. It would be great if it was open. But still the animation was great and our daughter loved the activities.

Our recent stay at Calista Luxury Resort in Turkey was truly memorable. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and enjoyed the convenience of a complimentary airport pick-up. Throughout our stay, the staff's attention to service made us feel well taken care of. The culinary experience at Calista was exceptional, with a diverse range of delicious dishes to choose from. Whether indulging in Turkish specialties or international favorites, each meal exceeded our expectations. The resort's amenities, including a heated pool and family-friendly spa center, provided relaxation and enjoyment for all ages. Our daughter especially loved the kids club, where she had a great time participating in activities and making new friends. Overall, our time at Calista Luxury Resort was enjoyable and memorable, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for our family.

The food was very delicious, but mostly meat-based. There should be more options for vegans.

The hotel generally used top quality materials, from sinks to smart room systems, and the room was large and spacious. Also, Mr. Ibrahim at the reception helped us to change rooms and he was professional.

Resort is very beautiful and clean. Staff were lovely and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely food at the restaurant. Rooms are high standard and has everything you would need. They offered me a free fast track and CIP lounge access at the airport and also late checkout until 3 for free as my flight wasn’t until in the evening. Everything was perfect It was worth the money and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Dinner outside was a bit hampered by flies. Further, the hotel has its processes very well designed and follows them fully. The downside of this, comes when you fall out of the standards. In our case; my daughter got sick and stayed in the room. She wanted to eat some small things, but that was not possible. We could only choose from the roomservice menu. Which didn't have healthy stuff. Getting something from the main restaurant was not possible. Another thing I didn't like / understand: I had to pay extra for a sunbed that belonged to the hotel. No clue why that is, seeing it is an all inclusive, and not a cheap one.

Beautiful room, good selection of food. Most personnel very friendly. The waiter at the swimming pool moving around on skeelers is a fun addition

Like absolutely everything! Rooms are big, well decorated, comfortable bed, good quality essentials! Love the service, very attentive staff, perfectly maintained gardens and pool and beach areas. And food absolutely delicious, from the cold buffet to a fresh cooked dishes. Deserts are delicious, and salad bar is great.

It will be much better to invest in the staff by teaching them english. They barely speak basic english. Specially frontline workers.

Super family friendly resort specially for babies. Great attention to details from check in to checkout. You can spend 5 to 7 nights without getting out and you and you’re family wont get bored at all.

The employees aren’t friendly (most of them not all of them). Responding to requests is often delayed. Most of employees are not speaking or understanding English. In short, the workers are not loyal to the resort as it should be.

Almost everything was great! High quality of food. Good quality and warm water in the pools (in June). A room was with nice view. Simple and easy process on check it and check out.
