I couldn't name a thing here, seriously!

The room was spacious and clean! Location is great! Close to the Galata Tower and Galata Bridge. Close to T1 line, which brings us to the old city very conveniently. Close to the Galataport Promenade. We particularly enjoyed the few busy streets close to it. There are many street vendors and shops there. We had the best fish wraps there, and my wife really loved the stores there. Hotel staff are very friendly and help and accommodating. I had two packages shipped to the hotel. They held the package for me and waited for me to pick up when I checked in. If you need taxi, definitely book through the hotel. Yellow cab taxi drivers tend to rip off tourists. The only time we were NOT ripped off was through the hotel!

There was loud music in the evening from the bar down the street one of the nights I spent in the hotel.

Hotel was new and luxury. Great location. I love the room, excellent size and furniture. The bed was super comfortable. All staff was nice and very helpful. Especially, I enjoyed rich breakfast on the roof with amazing view - Mr. Mustafa is observant and attentive distinguished gentleman which made my mornings even better! Staff at the reception were also very helpful beyond their duties. I am very satisfied and I would come back again.

The windows were not solid sound proof. We could here the cars and bars noise from the outside.

The mattress was not very comfortable, and the pillows provided lacked adequate support. These aspects detracted slightly from an otherwise pleasant stay.

My stay at this charming hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Situated in an excellent location. The spacious and well-furnished rooms provided a comfortable retreat, while the breathtaking view of the bay from the restaurant on the top floor added to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Although breakfast was not buffet style, the selection of basic options served at your table was satisfying, and Mustafa, the restaurant manager, was more than willing to cater to any special requests. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for making my stay truly enjoyable."

It's an exceptional hotel with great staff! We were upgraded on arrival and sent a platter of fruit and a bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's also a fantastic location to see the sights in the old city or to catch a ferry to the Asia side. A special thanks to Mustafa, Orhan, Iren and the rest of the team.

The only reason why I didn’t give it a 10 was because price relative to the view and price of other options near by, but I think we did get much larger space which was great for family.

The location was perfect. Room very clean and very big. The sfaff was very helpful and made sure that they assisted us with transportation recommendation and places to visit. The guys at reception were lovely, throughout our stay. Mustafa made us feel like we were home. Mustafa is very loving and warm.. I can not wait to come back to Turkey and stay at this hotel.

Charming hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance (approx 20min) to both Istiklal & Old Town, very safe and with lots of options for food & drink literary just around the corner! Hotel staff super friendly & helpful with everything. Breakfast not buffet style but with a selection of basic options served at your table instead. Mustafa, the restaurant manager, however will be pleased to cater for any special request. Thank you to everyone :)
