The bed was a lovely comfortable king size but the bedding was for a single!!I had to remake it every evening and turn the sheets sideways! Not much around the hotel but there's a fantastic shopping mall just up the road. The shower head really needed descaling but that's all, the hotel really is great.

Spotlessly clean, friendly hotel, right on the beach. Good varied food options. The room was quiet and had an amazing view. We had a fridge and safe, plenty of hanging and storage space. The bed was really comfortable. A little bus stopped right outside every 10 minutes and took you into the main town for about 15p a trip!

The entertainment team needs to step up their game. All good guys but it's not up to today's standards. Especially the team lead, I believe, the tiny guy, needs to cool down a little bit. We stayed 9 nights and unfortunately, the sea was only good one day. It was so wavy and dirty the other days. I know there is nothing the hotel can do about it but that was heart-breaking and the only reason why I will never go to Kusadasi for a summer vacation again. They should also improve their non-alcoholic drinks catalogue.

The location was great. There is nothing between the hotel and the sea. Only a tiny road that runs along the beach which is great because you can take a walk around when you are feeling like it. There is also a big shopping mall just 10min walking distance. The food was amazing. I personally shook the hands of the chefs. The hotel is also kid friendly. There are activities for kids during the day and night.

Rooms were a bit outdated but didnt take away from the overall atmosphere.

The hotel has a great buffet (food was excellent) and nice swimmable beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable..also had some good night entertainment (Turkish night was great, complete with belly dancers). We also a hamam (Turkish bath) and massage.

Seemed like the vegetables were not washed good enough. There was a dead cockroach on a table in the balcony of first floor for the entire night.

The facilities in general are not enough for the number of clients. There is no space at the pool neither at the beach for everyone. Even for lunch or dinner sometimes you need to wait for a table.

the management and room service policies. despite the fact that the staff are ultra nice, This place is run like a fancy prison yard. their policies for not giving even a single spoon or iron to rooms is absolutely horrendous and it is clear it is strictly enforced by the horrible management team. they only want to milk out whatever money they can from depriving people of what you would get in any dump of a motel anywhere else.

People was leaving their towels on sun beds early in the morning to reserve the space, which wasn’t fair to others. Staff were not doing anything about it. Wifi is not great, you have to pay a bit extra for better connection and for wifi in the room.

Housekeeping was excellent, our room was cleaned daily and was spotless. There is a nice area on the grass for sun beds and umbrellas. Great variety of food for the evening meal.

The bar staff in general were quite miserable and clearly lacked training around making cocktails (despite having a cocktail menu). The bar staff spoke very limited English which made ordering drinks difficult. The reception staff were also quite unhelpful and again spoke very limited English.

The entertainment team were brilliant! Altan and Tiyfun were such a good laugh and made us feel very welcome and catered to our requests for activities. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The food was nice but lacked variety. The spa area was lovely and they offer a good variety of treatment packages.

It would be better to have dedicated smoking areas for smokers. As non-smokers, it was unpleasant to have smokers around us everywhere. The beach was packed. We asked for a cancellation of one night due to change in our flight. The manager agreed and our stay was also modified on booking.com. The hotel promised to refund us for one night. However, I never received the money from them. Since July 2022, I have received several emails from booking.com that the hotel has processed my refund. Each time I contacted booking.com they were sending me automated email about the refund; and each time with a new processing date. At the end, neither hotel refunded my money for one night nor did booking.com helped with this. Be careful if you cancel your stay. You might not get your money back.

They tried to give a room which was not my selection and had to argue. Staff are greedy and ignoring you completely if you dont tip them. Jakuzi was not heated. For food cheap materials were preferred. Generally you can expect cheap quality but good quantity.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel location and facilities are great. Rooms are very clean. The buffet had a wide variety of food. Food and drinks were available pretty much all day until midnight. Overall it's a great hotel to stay at with family.

Ephesia is really beautiful resort with direct access to amazing promenade stretching along the sea. Our room had incredible view on the sea and mountains(make sure to choose sea view room). Food was delicious and plenty and their desserts were divine. Service was top notch and housekeeping was impeccable.

The “land view” room is a “wall view”, because at 4m in fronf of your windows si the back of another hotel. The furniture is old, the restsurants are not even nearly clean, the tables, chairs etc are not clean. Over all, was not a good all inclusive experience.
