The driver got confused and took us to another hotel, but this was solved in 5 minutes.

The hotel is located at 10 minutes by car from the airport. The hotel arranged the shuttle service for free and communicated everything very clearly. We were given a large room with jacuzzi. Tea, Nescafé coffee and water are free.

Hotel actually located within 20 minutes drive. Everage speed of shuttle service 100-120 km/h. My assume that it's 23-25 kilometers away from Istanbul airport. Keep it in mind with your traveling time estimates. Toilet seat cover was installed crooked and loosy. Room wall had a denth at visible area right across the bed. There was an opened rare hotel's soap bar right above the mirror in the bath room.

Clean place. Room for 3 has 2 beds, 2 blankets. We have asked for an extra blanket which was provided emediately.

- Room (3rd floor) was facing a road and was loud even with all windows and curtains closed, same goes for hallway. - The bathroom had some used shampoo and shower gel bottles that were not cleaned before we checked in. - Water pressure in shower for hot water was pretty low and it took me a while to wash. - Dinner came in plastic packages and with plastic spoon and fork (I assume delivered from the local place, not hotel kitchen). - Breakfast came on the plate (no napkins), but seemed a little poor for 12-14 euro per person. - Both times it took about an hour to get food, same goes about us asking for more water.

- It is not too far from the airport, about 15-minutes drive and free transfers provided. - Staff were very friendly and polite. - Dinner was good (I assume delivered from the local place). - It was also very warm in the room!

They brought me to diffrent hotel that is different than the information. I stayed World Class Hotel, much away from the airport, instead of First Class Hotel. The hotel I stayed was much cheaper than the one from infirmation, so I asked refund of the diffrences so they gave me some. But they refuged to bring me back to the airport which made me cost money because the hotel was quite far from the airport.

I recommend it if you want to spend the night with a comfortable sleep between connecting flights from Istanbul airport. After making your reservation, you will be contacted and directed to the free transfer service. The two-way transfer service was very good. The hotel changed our booking to their ‘sister’ hotel without advising us or asking permission. Once we rang them to find out the location of the new hotel we were directed to a property that could only be described as a doss house. We refused to stay, and although they promised a refund, they have taken the payment in full. Total crooks. I doubt the other hotel even exists and this is a con act.

Let me write a few informative things for those looking for a hotel close to Istanbul Airport. First of all, from the moment you make your reservation at the hotel, the staff contacts you and tells you which gate you will be met at the airport. They pick you up from that door and take you to the free VIP transfer vehicle. The transfer vehicle takes you to the hotel in approximately 12 minutes. As soon as you enter the hotel you see that everything is fine. The reception greets you politely and checks you in quickly. Additionally, receptionists speak English and Russian fluently. At the entrance, they ask you when you want to return to the airport the next day and immediately arrange your VIP transfer time. The bellboy who helps you carry your luggage accompanies you to your room. The room is designed extremely modern, everything necessary has been considered and most importantly, it is spotlessly clean. There is also a menu from which you can order food in the room. A tea and coffee maker is available. It has a nice bathroom. Clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, in short, everything is available. The bed is very comfortable. Wifi is very fast. When your goal is to be a hotel catering to transit passengers and are located in an area without restaurants, cafes, or snack bars, it is essential to have a restaurant that serves meals to guests, including breakfast. Another issue, the nearby mosque, kept playing in through speakers the prayers from time to time.
