BahrainThe snow melting into ice on the roads was too slippery to walk around. I can only suggest this as improvement for an otherwise amazing resort.
The management effort to find us a villa which was wheelchair accessible, made our stay really exceptional. Special thanks to the bellboy and the restaurant team (particularly Hatice) who were always attentive to each of our requests. The vue and peacefulness all around the resort was breathtaking. A true winter wonderland.

AustraliaVery secluded and bit too isolated for my tastes. Particularly during the off season. Facility staff refer all questions / booking to reception who in turn don’t always seem to be in complete communication with their team resulting in peculiar outcomes. Team could be empowered to make decisions and take bookings directly, letting reception know of the outcomes resulting in fewer errors and less referral.
Location is stunning, facilities excellent, and the air is as clean as it could be on top of a mountain retreat. Chalet style stay is amazing.

United Arab EmiratesWe stayed a week in Foleya. Some days we had a buffet for breakfast while others we didn't. There should be a consistency in the service or at least provide the guest with the same variety of food as the buffet. Housekeeping should be provided everyday and not only upon request. The kids club is really dirty. Please cover the sockets and wires, clean the balls and underneath the jumper because it's very smelly and dusty. This could be dangerous to kids health. The price is very expensive compared to similar places in other more expensive countries. I'd recommend to provide special offers for loyal customers.
The atmosphere was super nice. The overall experience was great! The place is suitable for families and couples especially those who like isolation and quietness. There is cart service free of charge to take you up the hill from your chalet to the restaurant or the café. The staff were very friendly; Special Thanks to Ali, Hadice, Mahir and Celal.

QatarNothing . Everything was great. You could say it's a bit of a long walk from the room to the restaurant but even that you have the option of taking a car there. Would definitely visit again if got the chance.
A fantastic hotel and one that should be on everyone's bucket list. Amazing scenery and weather ( in the middle of August). The stay was very refreshing and our kids loved it. The staff were very friendly and everywhere you sat you had breathtaking views. Even the drive from the airport to the hotel was amazing especially when you start driving up the mountain . Everything was great. A much needed rest from the noisy and busy world out there. Family also enjoyed the fun activities ( Swing , Zip line and soft Area).

United Arab EmiratesWe had an unforgettable experience at Foleya Resort. The location is truly breathtaking, surrounded by serene beauty. The Suite was luxurious and had an amazing view in the middle of the forest. Recep Ali, the manager, welcomed us warmly and spoke good English. The staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a blast trying out activities like the zipline and swing. The resort's magical atmosphere was so captivating that we didn't feel the need to leave and explore nearby places. I highly recommend Foelya Resort for an enchanting getaway – we can't wait to come back!

OmanThis nothing that would stop me from coming again. I just listed them for improvements: - the villa floor was dusty. So we used the provided flippers (we normally walk barefoot inside). - Some of the amenities were broken e.g. shower head. - The market sells mainly snacks. Would be good to include other food items e.g. instant noodles, fruits, etc - The majority of roads in the resort are cobblestone. But the road to our villa was graded and was steep. So walking was difficult
Everything I took the villa which was amazing. The design makes you feel like you're in a classic theme park. The Market and restaurant have reasonable prices. The outside dinninf area is also amazing.

QatarSome staff who were controlling and supervising play area were aggressive and racist toward our kids. They beat and shouted qt them if they left unsupervised!
Resort is comprehensive with perfect villa style that suits families which have a separate outdoor sitting area with heaters to enjoy the wonderful weather. It was amazing and exceptional! Also the resort has multicentric play areas that suits kids and adults. We really enjoyed staying there! It was the best of Trabzon stay! Highly recommend for families with kids to enjoy and relax in extraordinary resort. PR manager Ms Shaima is an amazing person who kindly help us all through our stay. We will never forget her smile and kindness. So supportive and valuable staff. Huge Thanks Shaima for all what you did!

Nice place for all I like this hotel. Wonderful location in a quiet area on the mountains. Excellent choice for summer vacation. The resort gives you privacy with some of the attractions and activities. Good for family and couples. Don't miss this experience. Not very good for old people who are not able to use stairs or walking for long distances. Helpful staff and kind people. In the hotel and restaurant too. They have a coffee shop, spa, and 24-hour mart.

Iraq1) The location is 73 Km from Trabzon Airport (TZX) and 69 Km from Meydan. More than an hour and twenty minutes drive 2) Breakfast was below average, though staff were helpful and nice 3) Language barrier was an issue. The vast majority of the staff don't speak any other language than Turkish.
